Some people think men and women have different natural abilities that make them suitable for different types of work. Others however believe that both men and women can be equally suited to do any type of work. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion. Differences between men and women have been always a debatable issue. There are a couple of popular attitudes, each of which has a separate trend. The First one is the traditional approach which considers women as a weaker creature with limited abilities. This group believes women could simply take responsibility which involves household chores, caring and teaching. They think the differences in genetic and physical abilities would limit women's performance in all aspects of life and job and occupation is no exception. They think not only do not they not take and complete tough responsibilities, but also they might make stressful life for them and therefore they couldn't even do their key roles such as being a mother that is peculiar to them. They consider women as they were in the past and do some chores in the house and believe the sensitive nature of women may not be proper for jobs which involve sensible deciding in tough and complicated situations. In contrary to first attitude, some others believe there is no restriction for women to choose their job and responsibilities. They believe that in spite of gender differences different gender, people should be selected for occupations based on their merits. They cite different kinds of responsibility that women took part in industrial revolution and have major roles in developing countries. Furthermore, there are lots of women with high inner capacity and physical abilities even more than men. On the other hand, this group believes in this rapidly changing world all members of society should have cooperation for making progress and women form a large proportion of the population and could have major part in this matter. In conclusion, there are two different views for women with regard to their jobs. Some believe women could accomplish responsibilities which do not need high physical abilities ,while others believe there is not exact limitation for different genders. I do believe women like men have the ability to accomplish all responsibilities they have accepted but it is better to focus on jobs and responsibilities that are closer to their natures and abilities ablilities for being outstanding in their occupations and have a the society with the most productivity.
