If you have a considerable amount of experience and you are an old‐timer, when you talk with your employer about your decision, they may offer suggest you a better salary or a promotion and ask you to continue, but in some cases this can be a surprising acceptance from them. Furthermore, having a new job in a new system or an association can bring you some new friends and colleagues, and then you can learn new methods to do your job and you will be acquainted with new software and hardware of your work. As my personal experience, you would have a stronger personality and job discipline if you have worked in multiple companies as well as a job reputationfame, if you do your duty both persistently and with commitment. On the other hand, there are some drawbacks for this technique. If you cannot present yourself properly in the new workplace, they may conceive that you have been fired from the previous jobs;, then you are not a dependable employee, and not only will they not give you a higher salary but they prefer to offer/suggest you the same position until you do your best, and itwhich will take your time and money. In conclusion, working permanently in an association or changing the workplace once in a while each few years depends on the employers’ management system and a person’s feelings, but in all systems, change will leads us to a better condition, I think. Although people can gain moral values and knowledge from media, sometimes they find it useless and boring. Do all the TV or radio programs or newspaper reports attract us? Improvement in public health is the outcome of the improvement of both of them. some people believe increasing the number of sports facilities leads to renders public health improvement. Easy‐to‐reach local sports centres and lower prices for services can encourage them to spend their spare time on for exercises and physical activities. Most people prefer to watch TV after work or in their leisure time. However, with better sports facilities, not only can they do more exercises, they also spend more time with their families and friends instead of collapsing in front of the screen. Besides, a stronger relationship can improve our mental health too. On the other hands, some others believe although sports equipments and services can enhance get better public health, there is still room for improvement. our sedentary lifestyle, machines and fast foods diminish/reduce make our activity less and increase our weight more. Natural dishes and low fat diet besides activity have a vast influence on our lifestyle. Decreasing fast foods and high‐fat products consumption and high‐fat products can help as well as increasing nutritious and healthy foods. From where I stand, maybe increasing sport facilities can improve physical health, but stressful works responsibilities and living under financial pressure have adversely affects on our mental health. The society that is based on safety, justice and welfare can give make people peolpe satisfactionsatisfied, one which/that . The satisfaction that encourages them to change their lifesyle not only in physical terms, but also in general.
