As people live longer and longer, the idea of cloning human beings in order to provide spare parts is becoming a reality. The idea horrifies most people, yet it is no longer mere science fiction.- To what extent do you agree with such a procedure? Have you any reservations? The cloning of animals has been occurring occurred several years now, and this has opened the door for the possibility of cloning humans too. Although there are obvious benefits to humankind of cloning to provide body parts, I believe it raises a number of worrying ethical issues. Due to breakthroughs in medical science and improved diets, longevity of people has been promoted in comparison with the past. This, though, has brought with it problems. In the process of aging, problems in organs are inevitable, so there is a need for replacing the damaged tissue with a its younger one counterpart. In on this occasion cloned parts are used to replace in terms of replacing the needed organs. Moreover, it is currently the case that there are often not enough organ donors around to fulfil this need, so cloning humans would overcome the issue as there can be off-the-shelf supply. However, for good reasons, many people view this new area of science as a worrying development. Firstly, there are religious arguments against it. It would involve creating humans and then eventually killing them whenever there are demands for body parts. The negative point in this regard is murder which is clearly sinister. Also, dilemmas would arise over what rights these people have, due to the fact that they are humans just like the rest of us. Furthermore, that we are able to clone humans raises this question as to where this cloning will lead to/end. Is it then acceptable for people to start cloning relatives or family members who have died? To conclude, I do not agree with this procedure due to the ethical issues and dilemmas it would create. Cloning animals has been a positive development, but this is where it should end. .

There are many types of music in the world today. Why do we need music? Is the traditional music of a country more important and should it be preserved or is international music that is heard everywhere nowadays more useful to a society? Music is an inevitable part of humans' life and it could be classified in various genres. Whereas I believe the conventional music style plays a major role in keeping various their related cultures alive, I concur that as a result of modern life circumstances, multi-national songs could be more contributing in terms of conveying moralities. What listening to music brings about is a form of escapism. It could detach its listeners from their routine as well as completely changinge their moods. People regardless of age could enjoy the rhythm and the sound of miscellaneous instruments individually or with others in a concert; from my own experience, listening to Gypsy Kking is always refreshing. What is more, music has always been an inseparable part of religious or spiritual ceremonies in that it could raise the participants' passion or stimulate their sense of sympathy both on in joyous and gloomy occasions. From another point of view, it is a brilliant opportunity that would enable artists to have positive impacts on their fans; namely Pink Floyd or Queen who their whose deeply well-written songs lead the respective young generation of that time to think more critically. That traditional music is often portrayed to be a major factor in keeping languages and their related cultures away from extinction especially local ones such as regional Persian music like Kurdish folklore. However, I opine that in this technologically ever-growing era, the internet brings people closer. People, the youth to be exact, throughout the globe have similar taste and prefer to listen to the same newly released songs from pop to rap. Therefore, the more meaningful these songs, the higher the chance of developing positive attitudes. For instance, singers like Jjohn Lennon or Michael Jackson have created songs which not only transformed their concerns about the world peace, which are memorized bymillions of people, they also triggered them to get involved in philanthropic activities. In brief, although the necessity of preserving traditional music of each country is undeniable and definitely is a must, the world-wide types of contemporary music would be more influential.

Task: Some people say that in all levels of education, from primary schools to universities, too much time is spent on learning facts and not enough on learning practical skills. Do you agree or disagree? The majority of experts claim that the pedagogical system is based on theory and honing practical skills is denied. My personal point of view in this regard is similar to that of these experts. Firstly, some individuals assert that schools are the best place to learn facts, for schools are the only places where well-read and/besides educated teachers are in hand. They believe that students have other chances during their life to develop their practical skills such as both at the workplace and at home by their parents, so from proponents' perspective it will be totally wrong if children waste their time during this period by learning practical skills. In addition, financially wise teaching practical skills at schools or universities is not affordable by the educational system, so they try not to address it; costs . Costs such as either facilitated well-equipped workshops or recruiting practical experienced teachers; thus, in spite of the undeniable merits of teaching such skills, most of the educational institutes plan their curriculum based on the theory. Last but not least, although teachers are well educated and in the most of the pedagogical systems are trained in order to teach students, numerous tutors are just vocational individuals without decent practical experiences. Hence, in spite of the fact that universities and schools are interested in teaching practical skills, they fail to address it because they suffer from the lake lack of the suitable human resource. In conclusion, my personal notion in this regard is that there are a lot of underlying causes which lead to spent spending much time on learning facts in comparison with practical skills.

Small Businesses and Maternity Leave , Sanaz Nasr http://ieltstoeflcenter.com/index.php/workshop-speaking-writing/writing-workshop/2015-10-31-06-09-31/212-fridays-writing-workshop-1396/writing-workshop-friday-96-02-22/1234-small-businesses-and-maternity-leave-sanaz-nasr http://ieltstoeflcenter.com/index.php/workshop-speaking-writing/writing-workshop/2015-10-31-06-09-31/212-fridays-writing-workshop-1396/writing-workshop-friday-96-02-22/1234-small-businesses-and-maternity-leave-sanaz-nasr

Small businesses should avoid recruiting young women who do not have their own family in order to avoid paying maternity leave later on. To what extent do you agree or disagree? There are many criteria to be considered for recruitment process some of which are is gender and age of the candidate. There is a widely belief among employers that companies which/who where employs only a few people should not hire young women because it is not beyond the bound of possibility for them to get pregnant. Hence, recruiting them is not only is not beneficial for the company, but also a slowdown for the firm economically. To start, there are some bases points of view that small business owners with low budgets should not risk because their investment is in a fragile statusstate. For instance, it would defiantly hamper the business if one goes leaves from six employees. Thus, they should not hire a young woman who is eager to have a child least lest the company have to pay for six months' maternity leave. In addition, a new-born child needs caring. To exemplify, an infant needs check-up before long. Above all she is not able to extend work hours in case of emergency due to her dual responsibility of the family. On the other hand, a young woman has undeniable advantages compared with old ones. First and foremost, young generations who are have recently graduated from university could brainstorm newer ideas about their her major. The newer the ideas, the better progress will be achieved by the firm. Secondly, youth workers are enthusiastic about engaging in work. In other words, young girls possess higher ambitionsus with regard to their career. Thirdly, fresher workforces are regularly low paid, so companies are able to hire two employers instead of a skilled one. By way of conclusion, after analyzing I concur that it is true that maternity leave is economically harmful to a company especially small ones. However, this harm can be compensated in the long-run.

Task: Some parents buy their children a large number of toys to play with. What are the advantages and disadvantages for the child of having a large number of toys? It is true that many parents purchase miscellaneous playthings for their kids to play with. Whether or not this is a proper thing for the child, is a moot point. One the one hand, having a large number of toys could have its own benefits. Not only can they hone children's practical and intellectual skills, but also let them improve their color recognition and hand skill; for example, by playing with LEGO they learn how to use their hands in assembling a small car or house and getting get familiar with diversity of colors, letters and numbers as well. In addition, some toys are made for children's educational purposes such as puzzles and blocks, (which )honing their creativity and allowed them to find out their interests. On the other hand, buying too many playthings without reasonable supervision has its own drawbacks. Critics believe that parents may spoil a child by giving it all the affections it wants. By spending too much time on playing, children will be frustrated with to studying and it has a negative impact on their education and character as well. Also, if a child gets every toy he wants, he will not value most of them and lose his interest in thema toy and would like to have a new one day by day. In other words, the more inappropriate the toys, the less improvement in their vital skills. In conclusion, I believe the best approach in this regard is to have everything in moderation. Simply put, parents have to buy toys considering the way by which children can sharpen their practical and intellectual skills.

Wasting Money on Art, Mohammad Karimi http://ieltstoeflcenter.com/index.php/workshop-speaking-writing/writing-workshop/2015-10-31-06-09-31/212-fridays-writing-workshop-1396/writing-workshop-friday-96-02-22/1231-wasting-money-on-art-mohammad-karimi http://ieltstoeflcenter.com/index.php/workshop-speaking-writing/writing-workshop/2015-10-31-06-09-31/212-fridays-writing-workshop-1396/writing-workshop-friday-96-02-22/1231-wasting-money-on-art-mohammad-karimi

Nowadays, some individuals may hold an opinion that spending money on the arts is wasting money while others have a negative attitude to this idea. In from my point of view, one of the most important duties of each government is paying enough attention to the arts. Not only is are the arts noteworthy from an aesthetic aspect of aesthetic, but also from aspects of social, cultural and economic aspect al is essential. Firstly, one of the common definitions of society is living people living together under similar laws, aims and interests. Investment in and attention of governments to on the arts can fill the gaps between different thoughts and also increase their intersectionscommonalities. During the history, several art artsy evolutions have occurred had been occurred which significantly affected on all levels of societies. Some of them had positive effects where artists used their artworks to oppose some abnormal activities such as opposing to the extension of global pollution or animal abuse and some of them had negative influences like expanding of HIPHOP perspective in at the 80s which brought extravagant drug abuse utilization of drug and uninappropriated sexual activities into American society. Hence, with regards to changing power of the arts and in-time investment of governments some of the social problems can easily be solved. Secondly, art is one of the fundamental elements of each culture. Todays, not only isn't the meaning of arts just related to creating something amazing, but also is involved in to various characters of culture as customs or ever even religionus. For example, by taking with take a look at old,-religious buildings and applied architecture or paintings, the role of arts in inspiring the ritual atmosphere easily can be comprehended. Moreover, the footprint of art in traditional customs is obvious. Finally another issue that should be taken into consideration is the economical aftermath. Tourism industries have dramatic effects on economics economy and the arts have an undeniable part on that. For instance, some counties with historical places and others with contemporary arts like performing musical festivals attract tourists into their countries. Thus, not only isn't spending money on the arts a waste, but rather also is a beneficial investment with a high rate of return. To sum up, with attention to the mentioned reasons, it can't neglect the favorable advantages of the arts neither either in social and cultural nor in economic aspects into the people's life.

There are many different types of music in the world today. Why do we need music? Is the traditional music of a country more important than the international music that is heard every where nowadays? In the past, people's method of living was completely different. Not only did they not consider art a job, but also they assumed that men should do other traditional vocations like agriculture. However, during recent decades people's lifestyle has unconditionally changed. Authorities pay a lot attention to artists and implement some incentives to them. These alterations lead to changing values and now different pieces of art such as playing music or painting play a pivotal role in our life. There is a question regarding our need for to music. Playing a musical instrument or listening to their sound is like a food for our soul. It makes our city's inhabitants calm and changes the atmosphere.what is more, The more listening to music, the calmer more calm human in life, so Being being logical and not hasty causes making significant decisions much more precisely. That more crowded city's inhabitants are following a hectic lifestyle is an acceptable fact. hence, this is not an uncommon trend to them that they listen to a background music which and it helps them to be more tranquil. anOther notable issue is associated with the more appealing kind of music either traditional or international. From my point of view, it depends on the listeners' taste. The type of the Culture one conveys their backgrounds and ancestors's beliefs that assists them in being contributes them to be in touch with their predecessors. On the other hand, listening to international music helps young individuals to get familiar with some aspects of the traditional attitudes of abroad citizens abroad. Last but not least, listening to these music tracks could be an appropriate way to learn new languages. On the whole, some researchers opine that if the government encouraged young generations to do diverse artistic carrierscareers, it would reduce the crime rate between juveniles. in this way they can easily express their feelings which and they may result from an anxious situation that could have some unwanted implications on them.
