Do you agree or disagree? Most businesspeople are motivated only by the desire for more money. One of the most important motivations to have a job is definitely money. We all admit that its tempting power makes everybody trample on everything, especially in the modern world where there is a cut-throat competition among industries and people. I strongly believe that their first desire is money. In the following paragraphs, I will elaborate on my arguments. The first and foremost thing that comes to mind is that many people hold that thriving businesses solely care about solely their profits. In fact, maximizing their interests, they should neglect some values such as humanity, and environmental issues. For instance, some companies like Zara and H&M exploit their employees in poor Asian poor countries. That is to say, not only do they pay them ten dollars per month, but they also do not provide a safe building for their workplace lest their costs increase. Therefore, a rise in their capital is opposed to humanity and justice. Second, some fanatic people suggest that whenever a company shows regard for social or environmental matters, they are just deceiving people, thereby acquiring reputation. Besides, in my opinion, most of the businesses address an issue following people’s reaction to that. In other words, despite their capital and credit, not all of them are in the vanguard of the positive changes. For instance, companies can have a massive impact on gender equality in various ways, namely gender gap payment. They, however, just maintain the pretense of dealing with this global issue. Nevertheless, there are some companies which have been established to resolve some issues such as the disabled’s problems, environmental protection, and women empowerment in poor countries. For example, there are many companies in Nepal and Bangladesh combining business and the desire for addressing social issues in terms of women empowerment. To conclude, I opine that money is so deep a desire to set up a business such that it turns into greed over time. We as clients should be aware of their tricks to not be trapped in their advertisement resulting in their profits.

Many people prefer to watch foreign films rather than locally produced films. Why could this be? Should governments give more financial support to local films? In many countries especially developing countries/ones that do not have a strong film industry, people are interested in watching movies of developed countries due to the lack of censorship and also allocating huge budgets. As for whether the government should provide support. I maintain that it can be a beneficial action/Moreover, it is reasonable that governments must take the proper measures into financial investment to local film industry. With the huge budgets that filmmakers spend on making high standard quality films like Hollywood blockbusters, they attracts a substantial number of people in all over the world. In other words, by utilizing advanced technology including special effects and shooting in spectacular locations along with the employing famous actors in comparison with domestic products, they are more effective in receiving global attention. Another reason why foreign films are so successful is that they are closer to the realities of people' lives. For one, in many countries which have cultural and ideological limitations such as my country Iran, legal restrictions such as showing sexuality scenes, the prohibition of making movies with political and religious themes and dealing with stereotypical issues make people more interested in international films. In regard/conjunction to what governments should be donedo, i believe that they must support the development of the domestic film industry through investing in relevant infrastructures and also removing the cumbersome rules which raise the quality of films. To sum up, by taking all these points, the boom of the national cinema industry has a direct relationship with the financial support of governments so that by providing a competitive environment for investment, we can hope to attract more audiences to watching domestically produced films.

In spite of advances made in agriculture, many people around the world still go hungry. Why is this the case? What can be done about this problem? Although modern farms and agricultural operations work far differently than those a few decades ago, people are still suffering from malnutrition since due to population growth, political instability and climate change reasons. However, some measures can be taken by governments and developed countries to alleviate poverty. There are many factors contribute contributing to being faced with starvation. The primary reason for people being hungry is the population explosion, whereas the production of food has comparatively not increased at on the same scale. Another principle reason for the famine which is both a cause and effect of hunger is war and conflict. The poorest members of society suffer from a lack of basic necessity necessities and their homes are destroyed and communities of people are displaced. The final cause is the weather shocks due in part to climate change. As the planet has gotis getting warmer and prone to extreme weather events, crops are destroyed and livestock die, so farmers are paying the price for droughts and heavy rainfall affects crop yields due and poor farmers cannot bounce back the same way that large agribusinesses can. This it is extremely hard to tackling tackle with the starvation issue precisely because solving some of the causes of this problem is very hard such as halting the domestic civil wars and nations’ war. Ideally, it will happen when world powers choose to focus on solving this problem and it can start when people in developed countries care about this issue and pressure their governments to end conflicts in the world. Another effective solution is education about birth controlbecause it is the best weapon against poverty and hunger. Many people are not educated on reproduction and do not have access to contraceptives. In addition, the governments should be ensured that small farmers are connected toenjoy economic opportunities through agriculture and allocate receive more aid budgets so that they can boost their income. To sum up, solving this problem is feasible, however hard it is. A although it needs people and the governments’ collective responsibility to care about this crisis.

Imagine that you are in a classroom or a meeting. The teacher or the meeting leader says something incorrect. In your opinion, which of the following is the best thing to do? 1. Interrupt and correct the mistake right away 2. Wait until the class or meeting is over and the people are gone, and then talk to the teacher or meeting leader 3. Say nothing From my viewpoint, it is common for most people to make some mistakes while they are teaching or giving a speech because they should control over the class or meeting, which may reduce energy, and lead to some distractions. I am of the belief that the one who understands their errors, should talk to the teachers after class because of some reasons I will mention here. First of all, in my opinion, it is logical that making a mistake happens for teachers in the middle of the class when they are teaching. The one who is aware of this mistake should point out to the teacher after class because most of the teachers have limited time and should teach particular materials in finite-time. When someone disrupts the teachers’ speech, the chances are that they lose their concentration and forget their material, which they intended to convey to the students. The other notable point is that they have enough time to think deeply about their mistake and find appropriate material to introduce in the next session. For instance, I remember my teacher in high school who tough taught chemistry course. In one session, she made a significant mistake that influenced the students’ comprehensive, and the chances were it led students to draw an incorrect conclusion. I realized her mistake and notified her after class. Fortunately, she appreciated the attention I paid to the lesson and got satisfied that I made her aware of this error. Consequently, she evaluated her fault and transmitted the correct content to students. Secondly, interrupting the class may have irredeemable repercussions. While someone disrupts the teacher’s speech, the chances are that students dispute withargue each other. Consequently, it leads the class to become chaotic, and some students exploit this situation and leave the class. For example, when I attended mathematics class, my teachers made a trivial mistake, and one of the students informed the teacher, but the other student was not of the same point and argued with her. So it led the class to get anarchydisorganized, and the teacher got disappointment disappointed and was not motivated to proceed with the class. To conclude, when the teacher introduces a material incorrectly, it is better to talk to them after class to avoid chaoticness disorder and give a chance to her to convey proper material to the students.

To make a long story short,besides, traveling could offer a host of benefits to us. One thing that stands out is that it could expand our social network. For instance, when someone travels abroad, they could find some friends and share their good memories and finally, they could find each other into on Instagram and other applications to have a longlasting relationship. Another merit might be that traveling could disconnect you from daily life so that it could lift our sprit and tourists could find somewhere to be calm. To sum up, I guess, inthese this days and ages, it is essential to arrange a plan to visit other countries because traveling could broaden our horizons and encourage people to save energy for the rest of their life.

Some people think that human needs for farmland, housing, and industry are more important than saving land for endangered animals. Do you agree or disagree with this point of view? Why or why not? Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer. The life of every living creature is threatened by what human beings have done to planet earth. It seems that the industrialization has overstepped the boundaries of modernization in a way that the warning bells are ringing to give an alarm about the imminent threats which have entered the whole world into a danger zone. While some believe that it is necessary to use every possible source on earth for human purposes, I am of the opinion that lands should be preserved for species whose existence is fraught with perils, because they maintain the ecological balance, bring great benefits to medicine and agriculture and hold an aesthetic value. First of all, the world is facing one of its great challenges through the history of planet earth, acknowledging that what is happening to the vast majority of species is a catastrophic consequence of human’s activities. For example, as the pace of deforestation picked up, there was a rise in the overall temperature of the earth’s atmosphere and ocean water which made the living conditions hard for corals whose oxygen-emitting process is vital for the whole ecosystem. Therefore, by destroying animals’ natural habitat and upsetting the environmental balance, the global warming issue continues to worsen. Moreover, animals were an inseparable part of humans’ lives in a way that they played a prominent role in advancing medicine and sustainable agriculture. Every advance in medical science, from antibiotics and vaccines to antidepressant drugs has been achieved through the use of animals in laboratory experiments. Chimpanzees and orangutans who enlarged scientists’ understanding about humans’ mind and body are on the brink of extinction. Besides, as a result of spraying crops with pesticides, the number of bees has decreased dramatically in some places to one-sixth which could be detrimental for to the food industries. As a consequence, by losing such organisms, humans’ survival would be threatened in one way or another. Finally, the beauty of nature is partly defined by these creatures and their unique features. What is has been known for centuries is that many animals developed humans’ aesthetic sense, which could be seen from painting their figures on the cave walls by primitive people to sculpting their statues in various architectural styles. As a result, being in nature and watching what these living things contribute to their environment could work as a medicine for those who are overwhelmed by daily stress. To sum up, I believe that it is our moral duty to save lands for endangered animals. I suggest that governments should impose a harsh punishment for on those who only consider their own benefit without being concerning concerned about other living creatures. In this way by preserving lands, a balance in the ecosystem would be maintained, next generations would be safer in living peacefully and people could still enjoy the beauty of wildlife.

Therefore, planning such effective methods or schedules of voluntary jobs not only boost teenager’s knowledge but also could shape their personality by getting them involved in some social services. Generally, their sense of responsibility and confidence improve significantly when they are considered to for collecting litter or training their practical skills to others or even running local charities which unconsciously will increase their awareness of the value of social behaving. On the other hand, some people believe that these unpaid jobs lead their children to the trouble or waste their time which should be devoted to only studying especially when they are regarded as a law. For instance, some terrible experiences have concerned parents like car accidents happen when a minor is removing rubbish or losing accumulated money in charities by some thieves. However, there have been taken some efficient initiatives taken over the years such as gathering learners and encouraging them to work as a team along with a guide or limiting their activities. Also, unpaid works can be assumed as a punishment when the youth deserve it. In conclusion, the advantages of mandatory community service in schools outweigh any disadvantages associated with it. It can be a creative approach of to developing the quality of educating as well as achieving personal gains for students.
