Some people think that resources should be spent on protecting wild animals, while others think those would be better used for the human population. Discuss both sides and give your own opinion. While many a person maintains that it is incumbent upon us to protect wild life especially animals, others, however, hold that our limited resources ought to be dedicated to human beings. When it comes to this long-running debate, I subscribe to the view that we had better strike a balance between both viewpoints or we will face irreplaceable damages. The following lines elaborates both views besides my perspective regarding this highly controversial subject. Many people of different social strata spend a good deal of their time and income on wild life because they strongly believe that protection of wild animals can have a direct correlation on with our life, making the old mother nature a better place to live for both ourselves and future generations. There is a large body of fascinating research conducted by scientifically reputable researchers proving if we stop spending on wildlife, we will face severe life-threatening impacts on life on earth, hence the importance of spending to preserve wild life and more specifically wild animals. The opponents of those who care about the environmentenvironmental conservation do not vote for dedication of any sort of support for wild animals reasoning that humans are much more important than any other form of life. We have to spend our resources on human beings, and not wild animals which do not play a major role in our life. This group claim that not only is spending on wild animals a waste of resource, but it also can lead to shortage of food for us. They argue that wild animals consume a large portion of edible available resources on earth leading to food shortage for humans. From what has been discussed above, I can say that though important humans’ life is, but we cannot overlook the importance of wild animals. To maintain a healthy ecological balance on this earth, wild animals, plants and marine species have as an important role as have do humans. Each organism on this earth has a unique place in the food chain that contributes to the ecosystem in its own special way thereby striking a balance seems unavoidable.

Leaders and directors in an organization are normally older people. Some people think younger leaders would be better. Do you agree or disagree? Over the last decades, it has been prevalent to see that aged people take up leadership seats. However, some argue that junior leaders would be better to take on this responsibility, I consent to the idea that older ones should be appointed to this position due to the reasons that I will mention below. To begin with, it is irrefutable that the older leaders have gained greater experience in comparison with the younger ones. In this respect, they have the ability to take instant action to rectify the problematic situations and have promoted their interpersonal skills such as decisiveness, problem-solving and risk-taking and so on, which allows them to lead the individuals of an organization rather than/compared to those fresh managers who are semiskilled. Another major plus point of considering aged members as the director is that they are mainly revered from by all members of the company so that they have a special power within the firm. This means they have substantial impact on others who are working at the office. Although some young leaders possess creative talented talents and frequently come up with effective strategies and ideas, it can be delicate and challenging for them to obtain respect among employees and an organization’s members and they tend to have much less influences on the staffthem in order to manage them each individual. In conclusion, howeveralthough, the majority of young leaders have creativity and initiative to tackle the problems of the work, I partly agree that the senior staff members are more appropriate suited/deserving of being/ to be the leaders of the organizations or a section of the company due to accumulating experience and skills moreover in addition to being they are respected from by the staffs.

High quality education from high school The question of what is the most striking factors for students to succeed has been debated for many years and it can have variable answers because it depends on people's personality and their situation and I have to mention that each of these three points are adequate per se, so for students' success they must be combined are led to another but if I want to classify them in terms of importance, from my viewpoint having an appropriate tutors in the university is most more remarkable than the others, and two points persuade me to put forward this view which I will explain with a couple of examples. At the outset, a college and the university are the new place for students which means they are new periods of students' lives which they want to experience, so tutors' existence can be beneficial for their adaptation in new spheres. For instance, most of the freshman freshmen are extremely shy and they have a problem when they enter to a college or a university such as taking courses, managing their exams or even finding new friends, so pleasant tutors can be beneficial for them. Another important point is that most of the tutors have a lot of experiences which they gain from various students during the time they have been working, so they are the best option for children to aid them in diverse areas or prepare them for their schedules and even encounter their problems. On the other hand, the encouragement from family and friends is also important but most of the children be are apart away from their parents when they become students at a university, so they cannot be practical remotely. Besides, high- quality education from high school cannot be striking always because may be the university major was does not match with the high school schedule. For example, my roommate is French and she lived in France since she was born but she immigrated to Turkey to study Turkish linguistics at university. To recap, although all the three points are important as each other, tutors are play the most significant role on in students' life because theyhave several experiences which can be beneficial for pupils.

In many countries children are engaged in some kind of paid work. Some people regard this as completely wrong, while others consider it as valuable work experience, important for learning and taking responsibility. What are your opinions on this?93 ******************** Nowadays, the issue of teenagers who are working for money is a contentious subject. Supporters believe it is an immensely precious event that leads them to learning how to deal with their duties in society; conversely, sceptics think it is absolutely harmful and improper for children. To my mind though children can update their social skills and understand the value of work and money, paid working has many harmful effects and we have to avoid allowing children to have a job. Firstly and foremost, sexual and physical child abuses are very common in working offices. Also, they are not paid as much as fair other adult employees. There are many cases in the world which where the children have been exploited especially whom those who are orphans or do were not bring brought up in a suitable decent family. Charles dickens who was one of the famous novelists in the world wrote the "Oliver Twist" and explained the situation which where children worked and were abused. That is why in some countries employers are not allowed to recruit under 18-year-old boys and girls as well as some groups are active in the society to raise social awareness regarding those problems. Secondly, there is not a suitable physical environment for children’s working because that was prepared and adapted originally for mature people. For example, chairs and tables which are used are not designed for children statures which renders their poor posture.
