Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Always telling the truth is the most important consideration in any relationship between people. What is the most important factor in any relationship and how much important is honesty is important in this regard/relations? There is still no universally consensus in this regard. Some people believe white lies have some advantages and it they can be in favor of them in some conditions, however; others assert that a relationship will not continue if the partners lie to each other or even conceal something. I definitely agree with this statement and in the following paragraphs, I will outline my reasons. To begin, mostly when we are speaking about loyalty in a relationship, not cheating and fraudtempting romantically are is coming to our mind. However, this is one aspects of loyalty and definitely the most important ones. But in reality honesty and dishonesty have various faces and definitions and when partners adopt different positions in this regard, it would be problematic. I deeply believe that one of the most important facets of loyalty is to express yourself as you are. When partners share their thoughts and feelings with their significant other, they can truly know each other as an individual. On the other hand, it is so critical that people have unconditional acceptance in order to create a safe bond and let their partner guard down. If you blame or negatively react to your partner̕ s feelings and thoughts, he would never trust you as a safe person. In this situation, you are pushing your partner to present his false self. Most of the time honesty is in conjunction with acceptance and you should let your partner to know you are listening to him and you are there for him. The last but not least, disloyalty is not limited to telling lies. When you conceal a reality about yourself and your livelife, no matter how big or small it is, you did not respect honesty. What will happen when you hide some parts of yours from your partner and the truth unexpectedly reveals? Psychological studies show that a relation stands on a the base basis of truth and loyalty is the most important factor of truth especially in close relationships. Furthermore, dishonesty in the short-term increases the anxiety, because the person is always worry worried about the truth being revealed, and leads to depression in the long-term. Misery loves company To sum up, I believe although it is a little hard to be honest from the beginning of a relationship, a good rule of thumb is to ensure that your partner understands you and empathizes with you when you are in a tough situation. In these cases, your partner understands your view of point, even if he is does not agree.

It is sometimes said that people should be encouraged to get married before they turn 30, as this is best both for the individual and for society. Do you agree or disagree? In this day and age, many a person postpones joining a matrimony until they turn thirtiesthirty. Yet, there has been much discussion revolving around whether they should be incentivized to get married at earlier ages or not. While there are numerous benefits of this encouragement for prospective couples and the whole society, I would argue that the demerits of this trend far outweigh the merits. On the one hand, it is claimed that the older individuals get, the more reluctant they will be to get married. To start with, they turn into more conservative people who try to evaluate all the cons and pros of their decision in order to lessen the possibilities of making a mistake. However, the nature of marriage is rather unpredictable since many factors which are beyond our control plays an active role in it. For example, many a marriage fails after couples face unforeseeable adversities of life and traumas which occasion them mental disorders such as depression, ruining their life. Moreover, people are more flexible and tolerant in their younger ages. That is to say, they can alter their behavior and attitude more easily, thereby reaching a consensus/an agreement with their soul mates and experiencing a peaceful life. On the other hand, some psychologists reckon that youths’ personalities are subject to undergoing many changes before they reach the age of 30. Not only could these transitions affects their attitude and perception of life, but also it they could negatively affect their needs and desires which could separate couples. Thus, the negative impressions of a broken family lingers in society since it they influence the life of couples and their charges. In addition, getting married at a young age, individuals may encounter financial problems since they, by and large, are fresh graduates who have entered the workforce. In conclusion, while there are many plus points for getting married before the certain age of 30, I opine that those who procrastinate it are more likely to have a successful married life.

By great achievements in psychological studies, now there are many techniques that can be applied. For example, one of the main factors that should be considered is body language. A leader should meticulously focus on his/her body gestures and watch every movement he/she does, because any unsuitable act could transfer an unwanted message. If a manager of a project in a meeting holds his/her arms crossed across the chest, it indicates a defensive position where the person seems angry or disengaged. Individuals can also focus on how to deliver a moving speech by learning some methods such as regulating their voice tone or when there should be a pause for effect. Therefore, the more harder a leader works hard to improve such abilities, the more confident he/she becomes. Moreover, while for every leader it is necessary to boost their communication skills, knowing your audience’s concerns is also of great importance. Imagine a prospective presidential candidate, who is running a campaign, is about to give a speech in a state where a high crime rate is escalating. It is necessary to raise this issue and present his/her future plans that as to how the troublesome situation will be dealt. That is the reason where many great leaders have their own counseling teams where such issues are carefully scrutinized. The more a leader benefits from a powerful team, the better he/she can draws people’s attention while establishing a reputation. As a consequence, by knowing people’s worries and offering them solutions, one can bring hope to a desperate society. Finally, there are some mutual characteristics among successful leaders that should be considered if one is willing to follow the same path. Imagine Bill Gates, whose company has affected the tech world in on an enormous scale. If someone is willing to establish a similar company, studying Microsoft policies could lighten their way. Not only by observing a leader’s acts, can one can learn a lot, but also there are other useful sources such as the books that are written by the same characters or the speeches they had through the years. For example, by listening to Bill Gates’ powerful speeches, one would learn a lot from him in many aspects; his personality, his worldview and the way he behaves toward his employees. As a result, by following a successful leader’s advices, a prospective leader can make fewer mistakes in his/her way. To sum up, I believe that leadership is not an intrinsic quality. I suggest that documentaries should be made to throw a light on successful leader’s leaders’ lives so that many people learn great lessons, because in this way we will have confident leaders, hopeful and healthy society.

The government’s investment in arts, music and theater is a waste of money. Governments should invest these founds in public services instead. To what extent do you agree with this statement? The yearly fund that are is spent on arts, music and theater by the governments, is money wasting in some peoples’ view. However, this amount of money would solve many troubles that the major number of citizens deals with every day. I am sure some people would argue that spending money on arts is a waste of money, although it is not all just about financial issues. On the one hand, building movie theaters, cinemas, concert halls and purpose-built artsbuildings which are hardly used by impoverished citizens requires a lot of money. Undoubtedly, all these places are used for recreation which is the low priority in deprived people’s lives. For instance, buying theater or cinema’s tickets is not affordable for ones those who suffering from poverty. Having a shelter for inner city citizens is absolutely vital that had better be assigned more budget to than arts. For one who, does not have enough money to continue whose education, going to museums is the last thing that one should think about. The governments must buildt schools and universities with full fund for poor people to help them grow in the standard atmosphere in where they improve their skills and change them from poor people to skillful ones. For those who with no skills there cannot not be any jobs and without themjobs no money canbe earned. In this case in the following years the number of the impoverished citizens will undoubtedly decline. On the other hand, having world-renowned museums and art galleries is the main cause of having a rich culture, by help of which/whereby the governments can attract more tourists and create more job opportunities. Paris where which is one of the most well-known cities for its famous museums and theaters could be a good example to illustrate this point. Not only do the government’s investments on in arts play a crucial role in attracting tourists attraction but also have direct impact on the future of the countries. But it should not be the first priority to do something for. However, it is not as vital as public services.Lastly, there will be always conflict over investing money on in arts. By a good/efficient management, the government should solve public problems on one hand and taking take care of the culture on the other hand.
