In my opinion, telling the truth is the appropriate way to have an outstanding relationship, so that it will bring about our links under control and strengthen them. First of all, there are many harms in untruthfulness that it causes a relationship to collapse. Concealing the truth is more common in business. For example, how many times we have we heard that some products are “the finest” or “the cheapest”? Many products are advertised in the media for persuasion. If companies are telling the absolute truth about their goods, no one will be interested in even looking at their products. Although the products are sold, the relationship between the customer and companies is corrupted, hence, the importance of truthfulness. Secondly, we need the honesty to be able to trust each other. If two persons tell lies in their relationship, they will face a complicated condition. To illustrate, in the story of “liar shepherd” when he shouted wolf many times, although the villagers came for helping him, although there was not even a single wolf has been there. One time the wolf attacked the sheep herd, even thoughand consequently he screamed wolf again, but nobody comes came to his help. Thus, the aforesaid story is the beneficial sample of telling lies many times causes untrustworthyuntrustworthiness. Thirdly, white lies may lead to getting rid of complex conditions, but the truth will be revealed in the future. For instance, the Russian government told people there is no threat in the Chernobyl nuclear site explosion, so people trusted them and stayed in the city, but after few days they were affected exposed by atomic radiation. In conclusion, I maintain that telling lies triggers distrustfully, so that continuing the relationship no longer has any meaning. Telling the truth always is the most important moral principle in our relationship, and it guarantees continuity of relationships.

Living in a country where you have to speak a foreign language can cause serious social problems, as well as practical problems. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement? It is quite evident that human as a social being is highly dependent on social interactions. Consequently, language as the most efficient way of communication plays a significant role in socialization. Therefore, immigrants as the newcomers of a completely new society are notoriously susceptible to suffer from the difficulties which stem from lack of language proficiency. It is crystal clear that most of the daily routines rely on communication with other people. To be more specific, explaining a complex administrative affair requires an excellent proficiency in the language to get the message across properly, otherwise misunderstanding is highly probable. Furthermore, most of the immigrants have lost great opportunities to seize decent jobs just because they could not rival their native counterparts, particularly in job interviews, that the verbal dexterity is more concerned. Moreover, the issue has another aspect which might be more overwhelming for immigrants in the long run. It has been proven that most of the immigrant’s social problems stem from a deficiency of language skills. For example, although drawing a relationship or making friends is mostly relies on the personality traits, maintaining a friendship falls on the proper understanding of the feelings, whereas those are expressed by words, and herein lies the importance of language proficiency in the social interactions. As a result, this phenomenon would be considered as a failure with dire consequences of loneliness, depression, and solitariness. In retrospect, this could be the reason why countries that accept many immigrants have considered a local language certificate as a prerequisite of the immigration process. Learning a foreign language prevents the problems as mentioned above, and also it would open the door to a new world.

He spends many of his nights working alongside of his coworkers through the night and even seen sleeping on the couch of his office until the morning. On the other hand, although young leaders contain possess many tangible virtues, there are a number of pitfalls that must be acknowledged; for instance, for many young directors and companies, having not enough experience in decision-making could cause severe and horrendous consequences. In addition, not being mature enough in communicating with the staff could also be the reason of many conflicts which eventually deter them from reaching their goals. To cut a long story short, even though there are negative aspects that must be payed paid attention to, clearly the benefits of having the young leaders outweigh the disadvantages. furthermore, organizations should be obliged to nurturing nurture talented young people to become leaders of the future. One delicate question that arises here is, why with so many powerful and successful organizations with young people on top of them, the world is still runs by elderly people?

In fact, in order to improve offspring’s creativity, the usage of digital devices should be limited and we encourage them to make handicrafts from unusable things. Second, games play a pivotal role in children’s development, hence their importance. Group non-digital games improve social skills because individuals communicate with each other. Moreover, outdoor games give them an opportunity to interact with the environment and discover it. For example, although are there are applications and television shows from which children can learn about nature, teachers and parents can teach them through creative games. To put it simply, kids themselves can feel objects instead of watching the others touching them. Moreover, research suggests that the obesity rate has increased among the young generations, so the solution lies in outdoor games to increase their physical activity. Furthermore, excessive access to digital devices does harm to children’s vision. As a result, parents should impose limitations on time when their children can use these devices. Besides, I believe that society has turned to computer games for two reasons. First, there is a general trend toward living in apartments, so kids cannot play physical games under these conditions. Second, today parents are busier than before. In other words, they do not have free time to spend with their child. Consequently, they consider digital games an alternative to themselves to fill this void. To conclude, I maintain that we should not confine children to specific games. Each kind of games has its own advantages and disadvantages and none of them cannot be a substitution for each other. In fact, parents should care about the balance between toys and computer games.

In from my point of view This statement has both benefits and drawbacks for the following reasons. On the one hand, teachers have a great impact on students in educative areas. The First and the foremost duty of educators is conveying their knowledge to students and they have to concentrate more on enriching the knowledge of the students in classrooms and put all of their efforts in teaching students them in a proper way about subjects. If they talk about their own beliefs about politics or social issues, it can distract the learners from their main goal which is learning. Furthermore, it can lead to sparking useless controversies among students and the teacher upon their standpoints. On the other hand, it is true that the only duty of teachers is to teach students in a best way, but they can broaden the learners' horizons by expressing their opinions about social problems or politics and drag students into conversation about them and make them think about these issues. Not only does this trend propel students to think about issues, but it can also make them more active in classrooms. Moreover, this act can cause encourage students to become more interested in politics or social affairs and gain information about them, . hence, when they become an expert in a specific field of study, they give some solutions for tackling social problems. To put it in a nutshell, from my standpoint based on the aforementioned explanation, this action approach/practice has both the desired and adverse effects on students. Although it can lead to distraction of students from their main goal which is learning, it might be beneficial for them because they have the chance to be more well-informed.

Felling the trees around the countryside is one primary activity that the authorities ought to undertake in order to make room for the new estates. This very phenomenon will severely jeopardize the unspoiled nature of those areas. In fact, if this activity becomes a trend, within a decade or more, all the green areas will have vanished. A very evident case to mention here is the western countryside of Tehran wherein the city council decided to issue permits to build a vast number of apartment complexes in the region. At first, people were content with the developments, but soon after, Mother Nature took its toll and finally the experts reported that a major source of wind coming from the western Tehran has now been stopped, just because the skyscrapers simply blocked the wind flow. This, of course, added another origin to the ever-growing air pollution of the city. Overpopulation is yet another shortcoming of allowing new houses to be built in the country. The more places are developed, the more citizens will move in, thereby making that region overcrowded. This will become problematic in the long run as it will eventually make the respective cities larger in size. For instance, Karaj used to be a city for years. After the emigration process of people from the other towns to the suburbs of this city Karaj, it gradually became more populous than ever before, making it a daunting task for the government to control the city. Hence, those in charge decided to announce recognize Karaj as a new province called Alborz.Although building new homes in the countryside might look like a proper remedial action on the surface, it will only worsen the situation over time as it will present some demerits such as failing to protect the environment and increasing the numerical appearance of the citizens in the areas.

One of the ways to reduce the level of stress is to utilize their free time for extra activities such as group sport games like football. Participating in football will help students learn how to finish their jobs within time constraint and teach them how to work in a team. In addition, they become more sociable and communicate more easily with their classmates. Another benefit of not spending free time on extra school work is to help children find their hobbies which they can enjoy during their leisure time. For instance, they may prefer to attend a variety of classes in art and music such as painting or learning how to play different musical instruments. one One advantage of attending drawing classes is improving the imagination of children and making them more creative. In summary, in my own opinion, I believe that children should utilize their free time by taking part in different activities rather than doing the monotonous school works.
