Many people leave their homes in the countryside to live in large cities. What factors make people want to move to the city? How realistic is it to control the numbers of people moving to the city? It has been a while since we have been observing a flow which where people especially youngsters decide to move out from rural areas and move in to metropolises. There are some viable valid reasons for this phenomena phenomenon and with a few actions it could be practical to sway this flow. First of all, it is unrealistic to expect people stay in their countryside when they can pursue a better/more fulfilling life life in urban areas. Those who migrate to large cities are in search of a well-paid career with a better/more promising prospect. They are all aware of the fact that huge companies tend to congregate in great cities to have an access to well-trained workforce and that is why lots of job opportunities can be found in metropolises/megalopolis/megacities. Moreover, youngsters also know that they are able to apply for better high-ranking educational institutions which gives them a better and a higher chance of finding their prospective career. However, the government can change this situation or at least reduce the speed of this flow. As can be seen, experts are suggesting solutions every day. For instance, with the help of universities and great institutions, there, in rural areas, better educational centers could be created. Huge companies could move some of their branches into the countryside to provide people with the number/amount of job vacancies needed to stay in their homeland. In addition, thegovernment can also offer subsidies to those who decide/tend to stay and not to leave for large cities. To sum it up, we can cite the reasons why people move to cities like better chances of finding a job with a better prospect of living but it is not impossible to restrain this trend by improve/making the situation better in rural areas.

The high road toll is robbing our society of many people who can otherwise be leading successful and productive lives. How can society protect itself from these losses? Such a staggering number of people who die in road accidents propels officials to search for pragmatic solutions for making roads safer. Not only will society be deprived of many valuable and productive individuals, but also the negative effects of these losses will linger in society as a result of their detrimental effects on victims' families, hence the importance of flattening out the curve of road victims. To reach this goal, many steps could be taken by the state which will be discussed in bellowbelow. First and foremost, improving road conditions is of paramount significance for preventing car accidents. Roads should be equipped by with adequate signs and lights to guide drivers to the right path. Reshaping and repairing roads should be performed regularly to ensure road safety. Moreover, roads and streets should have sufficient well-marked pedestrian crossings to provide pedestrians with a safe walk. Secondly, car manufactures should make passenger's passengers’ safety a high priority. That the invention of car safety facilities such as babies' baby car seats, seat belts and airbags has decreased road causalities is an undeniable fact. That is to say, car designers should try to utilize/exploit their knowledge and experience to identify vehicle's vehicles’ deficiencies which are potentially dangerous and remedy the situation. Finally, many an accident takes place as a result of drivers' faults. It is incumbent upon the government to reinforce laws and impose harsher fines in order to put a grind halt to driving recklessly. Diverse legislation can be introduced ranging from revoking lawbreakers' driving license to incarcerating them. In addition, installing more closed circuit video cameras (CCTVs), the police will keep roads under surveillance and patrol them remotely, thereby ensuring their security. In conclusion, hardly a day goes by without hearing about car accidents on roads. The whole society and its members bear the brunt of these accidents. Many preventative measures could be adopted to alleviate this situation and reduce roads toll.

More and more qualified people are moving from poor to reach countries to fill vacancies in specialist areas like engineering, computing and medicine. Some people believe that by encouraging the movement of such people rich countries are stealing from poor countries. Others feel that this is only part of the natural movement of workers around the world.  What is your opinion?  Do you think rich countries should pay poorer countries for the people they encourage to come?  What other measures could rich countries take to encourage qualified people to stay and help develop their own countries? Brain drain is one of the phenomena which has emerged in the modern world. Countries where which provide higher standards of living condition undoubtedly are of greater attraction for individuals struggling with various problems in their home countries. In my opinion, we cannot easily condemn developed countries to for stealing talented and skilled people, since there is not any leverage from those countries. So poor countries' governments need to have their own systems explored to find out the root causes of losing their human capital/resource. To phasing phase out this trend, we need to find some ways of promoting the quality of the grounds which entice citizens and discourage them from immigration. For instance, authorities should take actions leading to improve improving the level of well-being by increasing salaries, ensuring economic stability and providing better job opportunity irrespective of religion, creed or race. Furthermore, third world countries can focus on the quality of their universities which plays a significant role in this issue, by bringing them at to par with universities in Europe and America. Disappointed with the poor countries' ability, affluent countries also can take measures to help to solve this question and establishing a balance around the world. For one thing, they can place some of their manufactories in poor counterscountries, this is to say bringing job opportunities near professionals and manpower. To sum it up, dereliction failing toof preventing this trend can lead to disastrous consequences for both poor and rich countries by increasing imbalance and inequality. So, it is necessary to take this issue into account as quickly as possible.

In some countries, owning a home rather than renting one is very important for people. Why might this be the case? Do you think it is a positive or negative situation? In this day and age, having a house as an asset has become a priority for many people around the world. This trend steams from many psychological and financial issues such as providing a long-lasting investment and it brings about demerits as well as merits. The population of cities has increased by leaps and bounds during recent decades, thus bringing about a shortage of space for constructing houses in many places. Consequently, the accommodation costs have become prohibitively expensive and a financial milestone to reach for many tenants. That is to say, house owners are more likely to be able to put their mind at ease and be assured in the face of adversities since not only is a house a kind of property that they can use in their everyday life in order to reduce their costs of living, but also its value soars with the inflation rate, hence the importance of owning one as a safety net for families. The housing industry is a prosperous business in many countries since it provides people with an essential requirement. The more individuals invest in housing by buying one, the more it thrivedthrives. When all is said and done, the economy will flourish and there would be more jobs for people to secure. However, the experience of some countries have has proved that this trend could be a double-edged sword. As a result of the demand and supply process, house housing prices will rise bringing the breadwinners to their knees to afford them. I do believe that it is incumbent upon officials to put a cap on house costs in order to control the market and provide residential spots or other requirements such as mortgages and loans for all citizens. In conclusion, having a shelter to live under is of paramount importance for human beings. The outrageously expensive costs of living propel individuals to toil from dawn to dusk to buy a house. This trend has many advantages as well as disadvantages and it is suggested that the government take the initiatives to provide all citizens with their house.

At some schools, some lessons for young (ages 5-8) include video games as a way to increase the students' interest in learning. Some people believe this a very effective way for young students to learn; others believe it is too distracting and wastes time. Which view do toy agree with and why? No one can ever deny the significant role of schools in children's life and it is critically important that students learn as much as possible and thrive in all of their classes. Nowadays there are many ways for students to learn efficiently one of which is using video games. Personally, I believe that this way can be beneficial for young students and some reasons persuade me to put forward this view which I will explain with a couple of examples. To begin with, video games familiarize children with novel data in several subjects and this familiarity makes them eager to learn about them. Besides, for most of the young pupils being at in the class is extremely boring but by playing video games they assimilate and retain information almost without noticing. For instance, from my personal experience, "the magic school bus" is has been one of the most impressive cartoons since 1994s. They magically transforming into a plane, submarine, spaceship, surfboard to teach kids about science. This cartoon not only made me to comprehend information better but also that data still endures to this day/stick in my mind still (yet) after so many years. Another striking point is that young pupils can learn diverse concepts from video games which will be practical for their future life. In fact, the structure of the brain is in a way that when it learns information, it will be more active and want to learn more, so if children learn something from video games, they will be interested in more subjects. For example, cooperation is one of the remarkable points which can encourage them to do teamwork. Moreover, video games boost/enhance/improvesoaring the children's creativity, thereby helping children they can struggling independently deal with their problems. To cut a long story short, I strongly believe that the benefits of playing video games for young pupils' learning greatly outweigh the disadvantages and this is because thery familiarize them/the young individuals with novel data which is conducive to increasing their eagerness to learn more about that those fields and it culminates to in learning diverse concepts which will be beneficial for their future life.

Discuss if ever, capital punishment can be viewed as a valid punishment for crime. Death warrant sentence has been an approach of punishing culprits for a good decadescentury. But there has always been disputes on as to whether it is a proper punishment for crimes or not. In this essay, I will discuss both sides of this debate. On the one hand, there are people who claim that judicial murder is not the best way for punishment since there have been cases in which police executed arrested “ an inncent person culprit “ instead of “ the real culprit “ just to close the file and if police picked up a wrong person as a perpetrator mistakenlyunintentionally, there would be no chance to make amends and bring that person back to life while by imprisonment we still have a chance to rectify our mistake. Also, many offenders could be rehabilitated and become useful for the society since those who have not committed a serious crime do not deserve to die. On the other hand, there are those who claim that the death penalty gives the society discipline. Most of those who intend to commit crimes would stop and avoid it them if they were aware of the punishment. Moreover, offenders who commit heinous crimes, for instance genocide, may never represent any kind of remorse which means any chances given again, they would repeat the same crimes over and over again. In addition, they society never welcomes them again and they will be ostracized forever. To cut a story short, I myself am of the same opinion as the second group which means that I argue that legalized killing is necessary for our society since it plays the a deterrent role to in committing frightful crimes.

Tourism is an ever growing industry. What benefits do you think tourism brings to individuals and society? Tourism is an increasing business which has numerous advantages for society and people. It seems to me, tourism is one of the most beneficial industry industries in our world for two main reasons. Firstly, it establishes significantly, job opportunities. Also, it is a lucrative business that you can build throughout the world. Secondly, it is an informative business which include d joy and fun. Each tourist who travels to abroad will create jobs for four persons directly and nine persons indirectly in the host country. For instance, every tourist needs a vehicle to travel, a place to sleep, and, food to eat. It means hotels, restaurants, transportation and other aspects, which means waitresses, drivers, hotel managers, cooks and others. However, these are the workers that a tourist needs them directly. There will be jobs and businesses that are related to tourism indirectly. A tourist is a consumer too, who buys foods, clothes, travel equipment which all of which these lead to factories or farms. Due to all these, tourism is one of the industries that makes creates a lot of job opportunities. Nowadays, tourism is not just travelling in order to visit a historical place, or a 5 star hotel in on an island to spend a nice weekend for relaxing. There is plenty of kindare various kinds of tourism. Such as sport tourism which has different branches like adventure, ecotourism, health tourism, cultural tourism. But, there is one common thing about all of them, they are informative. No matter where you go or for what, there is always something new to learn. You can learn about new cultures or geography, history, or anthropology. As a result, the tourism industry can create jobs and bring people together throughout the world. Also, it has the potential to be educative/educational for all demographics.

Can be computerized data collection on individuals be justified even though it endangers the rights of individuals? 111 Nowadays, easing the works, using computers and I.T are being improved and all of the activities and daily jobs are affected by this technology such as manufacturing materials, analyzing information as well as accumulating data. despiteThough the widespread use of electronic archives of individuals’ data, people are worry worried about the abuse of information. On the one hand, information technology and using data storages can increase the efficiency and pace of the jobs especially in the field which are related to societies society and people’s information. For example if we have a comprehensive data regarding to men and woman’s health situations and the background of their medical problems such as their childhood disease or blood group, it can be useful in emergencies events and it can eases diagnose diagnosing people with any health problems. Moreover, decreasing rework cost, digital data can be used by many organizations. For instance, the information of vehicles and their owner are applicable for polices, municipalities as well as tax offices. Knives are used to cut meat On the other hand, the increasing increase in the abuse of information is one of the reasons that leads to people to being worry worried about their personal data which are available in electronic databases. Hackers are enthusiastic for about taking the information and misuse misusing itthat. That’s why governments and other organizations which are responsible for those electronics’ archives have to deal with this these problems by increasing their securities criteria. Hiring sophisticated programmers as well as using the modern software such as firewalls can increase the security of their database. In addition, governments have to set strictly securities secure standards in networks and databases and supervise and control the observance of it. All summed up, I believed using computers and digital data is inevitable and both of the governments and organizations have to take proper actions to decrease the possibility of any misuse of data. Topic: Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? The government should spend money on the construction of new buildings rather than on the preservation of old buildings. Rapidly developing of the city life makes the governments meet more needs of building residency areas in the cities. Some towns have the opportunity of growing in their outskirts, while the others are limited within their borders. Nowadays, it has been a big debate on whether to investing in new buildings or preserving preserve the old ones. Although my preference goes for maintaining the old city structure, I cannot deny the necessity of creating new living areas. By/with the growth of the young population in downtowns, most of the investors believe they need to build modern new apartments rather than keep the old ones alive. However, most of the citizens are eager to survive preserve the old buildings as the history of their town. Plus, the old structure of a city represents the characteristics of the people and their culture through the ages. Moreover, to make create more living space for the new generation, as it is a high demand, governments can be helpful. For instance, they are able to allocate more loans and introduce facilities for investors to redecorate and modernize the inside of the old apartments utilizing creativity, while the out face of the city structure remains intact. On the other hand, to make provide more places for a comfortable living, instructor companies should explore the suburbs for new constructions. Most of the towns have the capacity of growing outwards. In addition, lots large portions of theof population are interested in spacious houses in a more quiet, peaceful environment. To fulfil the request/to meet this demand/to this end, governments may facilitate the relevant regulations and provide loans for families. Generally speaking, the critical role of governments in both preserving the old city structures and developing the new urban areas, is undeniable. However, they cannot only stick to renovating the aged downtown, but also they have to meet the current needs of the future generation.
