Some people prefer to take a position in a company and work for the company. Other people think it is better to go into business for themselves. Which do you think is better? Give Reasons and examples to support your response. Having the kind of career which best suits one's character is considered a crucial factor in today's life. Choosing between Being an employee for the rest of your life and starting your own business can deeply eaffect your performance and satisfaction of your job. I personally prefer having my own business for two reasons. First, I believe that being your own boss is a privilege when you have your business. Instead of accomplishing your employer's tasks and orders, you can be independent, creative and productive. Although managing your own business needs more responsibility and may cause some stress and pressure, I think it is worth having it to have your own way of doing things. It is very pleasurable for me to have my strategies and gain results of my own performance. Second, in from my point of view, the chance of improving fast and gaining huge profit when you have your own business is much more than being an employee and having a fixed wage. Although it seems safer to have that kind of life with a fixed amount of money in your bank account each month, considering promotions and raise in salaries, I prefer risking that and having this challenge in my life. Besides an employee's progress could be a very slow process due to all the bureaucracies, especially in big companies. To put it in a nutshell, being an employee would become boring for me very soon due to my characteristics. So despite all the difficulties of managing my own business, I prefer choosing that kind of life style. I hope that one day I would be able to manage a successful business of for my own, no matter how small it is. Sareh I.
