Some people believe that there should be fixd punishments for each type of crime. Others, however motivation for committing it, should always be taken into account when deciding on the punishment Discuss both these views and give your own opinion Distinguishing between right and wrong has been always a debatable debateable issue. Maybe May be that is because of different laws and limitations in different countries which stem from different cultures and ways of thinking. Due to this fact, some believes alternative punishments should be chosen for a particular crime, while others think fixed punishments would make made society a safer and more secure place for living. Every sensible person would agree that punishments should fit crimes, therefore execution or life time sentence might not be justice for those ones who kill somebody intentionally or just for saving their own lives. it could be seen in many cases that many people would involve in some violent actions by offenders that might cause murdering just in order to protect their lives and after that disaster, they find themselves with intensive fears owing to misconception that there isn't any chance for changing or less the consequences and it usually leads to escaping or hiding the truth or misleading mislealing authorities or even commit another crime to disguise their action. In on other hand, some believe that fixed and defined punishments are not only preventing from wrong and injustice verdict but also leading people to think guess about their results of their actions more deeply exactely. In this case they try to deter themselves from trouble making situations or behaviours. If there are is not clear exact rules, the final verdict would be different by different beliefs believes and ideas which finally might cause discrimination and unfairness between same crimes. In conclusion, fixed punishments have advantages of defined verdict in the same situation and all judges will deliver deliever the same verdict with just a little changes that leads to eliminatinge any discrimination among people regardless of different beliefs believes and cultures and also it blocks all the ways which results in escaping from effects of crimes, but if there is no flexibility in the laws, fixed punishments may cause many injustice following from some situations ,that some murder or serious crimes will occur intentionally. I strongly believe we should have a limitation for rules and punishments but all situations should be considered for fair judgments.
