Successful sports professionals can earn a great deal more money than people in other important professions. Some people think this is fully justified while others think it is unfair. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion. Some athletes in different sport fields receive a high wage in comparison with other important jobs. There are two controversial ideas about this topic. Some people believe they deserve it while others think they should not have that income. A big percentage of people believe that successful sport professionals had better not get high salaries. They say these sportsmen sport men or women are not as educated as some other crucial job holders in the society like surgeons or executives in major/big companies. Take the position of surgeons as an example who have to have at least 12 to 15 years of study and practice in a specialized course to become experienced doctors to provide medical service for patients. However, a player can receive much more money within two or three years of playing . On the other hand, few other people believe that sports players deserve to earn so much for playing on/in teams for a seven to nine month period within a year. Sports players need to practice very hard in order to prepare their body and mind. These players have a limited effective period of playing .For example, football players are effective between the ages of 17 and maximum 35 which is a period of 18 years, meaning, the money needs to be saved for the old age as well as considering that players are not employed, so they cannot have retirement salary despite of other crucial jobs that who they can keep working for a long time and retirement. The issue of paying high salaries to successful players has been a subject of debate for many groups to talk about. In my opinion, athletic field persons can have high salaries because of the nature of their occupations. They need to support their families in the years ahead after stopping playing.
