Simply, getting relaxed under the sunlight on a beach could create a big problem for them, as his photo might be taken and distributed in social media. Bad reputation is the consequence of small actions done by a super star, even though the same behavior is entirely considered normal, if they are performed by others. It could be stated that famousness/fame can sometimes create problematic situations for those who exploit it. *On the other hand, popularity has its own benefits for celebrities. First and foremost, is the huge amount of money they can make. Rarely may you , you may find an icon who is not in a proper economical situation. Affluence and luxurious styles, are is usually a property of their lives. Thanks to their fame, they become privileged in the society and do not need to follow all necessary steps to achieving their goals. In my opinione, the benefits of being a celebrity can definitely outweigh its problems. *As a conclusion, it could be said that there are both drawbacks and upsides of being well-known, but when the two sides of the coin are precisely analyzed, it shows that the advantages of being an icon is much more than its downsides.

Some experts believe that it is better for children to begin learning a foreign language at primary school rather than secondary school. Do advantages of this outweigh the disadvantages? Today in most countries, educating a second language at schools is compulsory because learning a new language besides the national language helps children to have more abilities in their future. There are two opposite attitudes between/among experts about the proper age for initiation of this. While one group extremely insists on secondary school another the other group believes that this should happen at primary school. Both groups consider their own reasons in debates. In my opinion, the earlier a new language learning would be, the easier (it would be) for children to digest it. When I notice younger kids at age 5 or 6 I find them more active, courageous and eager to learn rather than those at 12 or 13 and it seems they much more enjoy learning something new much more. Moreover, most people can completely understand and speak their mother tongue at 3 or 4, this is a piece of an evidence that the human brain has more ability to memorize vocabularies at earlier ages./capacity On the other hand, if teachers at primary schools cannot be successful to arouse children's interest in learning the a new language, it will make them bored. Have been disgusted by their teachers' wrong teaching method, children unconsciously would hate learning new languages forever. In summary, if the education system be is able to provide proper learning methods which contain appealing games or cartoons in order to keep kids interested, I believe that learning a second language at primary school will be a great deal more efficient for them. Essay: Water is a natural resource that should always be free. Governments should ban sale of bottled water. To what extent do you agree or disagree? Some people think that since water is a natural resource, it should be free and the sale of bottled water should be totally prohibited. I strongly disagree with this issue, in the view of the fact that water treatment processes are costly, so drinking water shouldn't be free. In my opinion, since water shortage is probably the most serious environmental problem that we have faced recently, which is due to mismanagement of resources, it is costly to save destroyed/depleted/exhausted resources and treat the contaminated ones. Moreover, according to the growth of population, great civilizations, and climate change, our ecosystem has been changed and many natural resources of clean drinking water are dealing with great dangers of permanent depletion. Therefore, it cannot be freely distributed to consumers, adding the fact that when consumers pay for water, they may think twice when before they may waste it. Furthermore, I think it is not wise to totally ban bottled water, because it has its own benefits. For instance, in some areas that where there isn't any access to tap water, they can be used. Additionally, for some people that are allergic to certain minerals, since the water's exact ingredients is are written on the bottle, it can be beneficial. The most concerning issue about bottled water, is the plastic which the bottle is made of it. Most of them are not biodegradable and as most of the price of the bottled water is because of its bottle, they should be collected and recycled. In my opinion, there isn't any difference between the quality of bottled water and tap water and the idea of that bottled water are is healthier should be debunked controlled in their advertisements. All in all, since water is the a fundamental of our life on earth, and its treatment and distribution is are costly, it cannot be free. Do you agree or disagree with the following statement: "A person should never make an important decision alone." It is obviously true that a human life is made by choices that can bring positive as well as negative outcomes. While some people posit that an individual should discuss with others in order to make a right decision, others believe in different approaches. To begin with, different people have a distinct/distinguished opinion. Each person may have a different point of view and perspective for such decisions. Hence, it would be helpful to know even the side effects before reaching to a choice. Therefore, the possibility to make a mistake is potentially huge, especially when an individual decidesd to take an action alone. As an illustration, a friend of mine recently bought a secondhand car without consulting with an adept/connoisseur. As such, the car which he bought had some internal damages. If I were my friend, I would definitely seek advice from an expert. Furthermore, I think that making an important decision alone is unacceptable especially for those who are the CEOs of major companies. Imagine a food company wants/wishes to change the taste of its product. Not only does the company make sure that their customers like the new taste, but also they have to consider all aspects of their action. In this situation, the risk of altering is too high. Their action may lead to getting rid ofcompany's shares, thereby reducing and as a result of this declining the value of the company as a whole. To sum up, I strongly believe that a human should always consult his relatives or colleagues when making an important decision to avoid possible mistakes.

How can we motivate the staff? Is giving money a good way? In this rapidly-changing and materialistic world, money is said to be one of the most important factors needed. "Money talks" and "no money, no honey" are examples of expressions which directly draw our attentions to the importance of money. Thus, people believe the more money they earn, ; the happier they are in life. Therefore, they intend to work harder and spend most of their times at their workplace work places just to achieve the goal of having a larger amount of money. But the question is whether the companies should take advantage of this weak point to make the staff work harder or in other words, is providing them with money the only way to motivate employers? I opine, we cannot debunk the role that money plays in our today's lives, thought it is not the only item in terms of profession satisfaction. Prior to money, an appropriate working environment is a necessity. Despite the high wages the employers receive, there are some unsafe/unsound working places they cannot tolerate. Moreover, there are other ways to encourage the personnel such as having ac competition among the employers, setting a target and providinge them with bonuses/perks. That everyone needs to relax and take some time completely far from his/her job should be also taken into in to account. To that end, some companies oblige their staff to go on vacation, since it is obvious that their tiredness/fatigue decreases the quality of their outcome/output/efficiency. Another influential factor could be flexible working hours of a company, which was not very common among the companies, but recently they find it useful. The Aforementioned points are some examples that, in my estimation, could persuade the employers to work for a company more than money.I, personally, prefer to work in a place with a friendly environment where there are other items/parameters rather than money that can sparkle my enthusiasm.

This can actually help the manager to have a balance in staff's targets and each of their ability. Even havinge weekly targets rather than a big one, and providinge incentives like money, certificates, concert tickets, have an effect on getting to get them on board. At the end, offering opportunities for advancement in their position or their salary is one of the best ways. Nobody likes a dead-end job.

The World is growing on a day to day basis,. as a result the demanding for new energy sources is increasing simultaneously. Not only are fossil fuels finishing dramatically, but also they are not quite safe for the environment. Therefore, replacing them with safe wellsprings alternatives is needed. Todays, many industries rely on energy, which it comes from fossil fuels. Manufacturing's outputs have an essential roles in our daily life; indeed, without them our life will stop. Their dependency on nonrenewable energy makes them very fragile, unless these sources be are replaced exchanged by alternatives. Besides, since using these carbonate deposits in industries are the main reason of co2 emissions and global warming, hence exploring new and safe energy sources will be very suitable for environment. There are many eco-friendly sources of energy such as wind, sun and water which are renewable. These sources are not feasible for industry, unless special devices be are provided in order to convert this energy to a usable one. For example, in some areas which are famous for their windy weather, they have applied many wind turbines to convert the wind energy to electricity. Building dams across the river to use the water energy and alter it to voltage power and solar panels to turn the solar energy to power are other examples. Thoughhowever, availability of renewable energy doesn't mean that we can use them as much as we want, as water limitation in many areas is a common problem these days; besides, production and maintenance of these appliances which are used for converting energy, are very/excessively costly; for that reason, expanding them especially in developing countries is very priceless costly and difficult. Therefore, we must be conscious of using the energy. All and all, replacing fossil fuels with the renewable energies which don't hurt the environment should be a primary goal of any government. Besides, people should be awarded for of not wasting energy as we have limitation in its sources.
