Some people get into debt by buying things they don't need and can't afford. What are the reason for this behavior? What action can be taken to prevent people from having this problem? For better or worse, nowadays individuals are inclined to purchase unnecessary items due to the modern lifestyles, giving rise to enhancing their life expenditure at the expense of outstanding debt burden. First and foremost, when asked about humans's greed for acquiring luxury products, we encounter a barrage of the advertisements through the media due to luring individuals purchasing out of their needs. For instance, picking up the really amazing bargains in the markets, individuals are burdened with amass debt. Individuals tend toward a consumeristm culture, hence their heavy debts. On the other hand, developing the culture for consumption must be considered by authority figures. To put it in a perspective, the authority figures have to alter the contemporary consumer culture to growth in productivity whereby people are not keen on obtaining unnecessary items shining through the advertisements. By way of illustration, whereas the advertisements encourage individuals to shop surplus to requirements, the authority figures have to launch awareness campaigns to prmote enlarge on being highly productivitye as the dominante culture in society. Therefore, only when people can decline to buy out of their needs, do they find their purchase are surplus to requirements. To put it in a nutshell, despite the fact that people are incredibly enthusiastic about purchasing both luxury and modern products, it should be taken into account that more purchase in excess of requirements incur impose more debts. Consequently, not only should individuals make ends meet, but also they have to lower their greediness.

Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? A person's childhood years (the time from birth to twelve years of age) are the most important years of a person's life. Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer. All of us have three periods in our life including babyhood, childhood and adulthood. One of the question that arises here is which of these three periods is more the most important.? In this passage I clarify why the first 12 years of our life is the key years of life. Firstly, the main part of each person is their characteristics character which is formed in these crucial/formative years. Trying to imitate every detail of their parents' behavior, children are more prone likely/ready to learn, hence parents can teach them a lot. To be more illustrated perverse character of teenagers makes them to not listen to their parents. In this way, not only do children learn morality and can distinguish good and bad but also, they learn how to behave toward others. For example, if their mother respects their grandmother, they learn to admire their own mother when they grow up or if theiry father joins to a charity, they learn to be interested in social causes. Furthermore, monitoring children in these years is easy because they're too naïve to start lying. Parents can control their relationships by sending them to an appropriate school and teaching them to choose reliable friends. Secondly, the first period of life is the most vital years to learn different skills. Learning a new language, playing football, dancing ballet, and these kinds of activity not only show up their skills for choosing their major and future job, but also their interests. In conclusion, although including the main years of people's lives, adulthood is directly affected by babyhood and childhood.

Living in much longer in the future will be of great benefit to everyone. To what extent do you agree with the statement? Amin The mystery of unknown phenomena as well as what will happen in the future have always attracted people's imagination who are living at present. Hence, there are many who regret for living in the contemporary age and not, for example, in the next centuries. This essay discusses whether future life is more beneficial for people or not. For a vast majority of people, the argument pivots, to a great degree, on the facilities individuals enjoy to make our life-style more comfortable. Industrialization has provided the human's way of life with a great number of amenities he never experienced in previous decades, let alone previous centuries. Therefore, many people are more likely to conceive that the welfare development will rise so that humans will get in his flying car to go to work in the future, for instance. Many sociologists, on the other hand, look at the issue significantly in a significantly different way, arguably criticizing the attitude mentioned above. Working out the current troubles contemporary society is compelled to tackle with, a large group of experts make attempts to prove the existence of extremely disastrous conditions which will be brought to that of future societies. If one considers rolling with problems associated with future and take over-population and nuclear pollution on board, they will certainly prefer to live in previous generations. What worsens the experience of living in the future, according to numerous critics, is the lack of natural resources available at wellwill, today. If people continue to devour essential supplies to life with the current rate, regardless of what will be remaininged for those in the following generations, the future communitiesy will be deprived of natural reservoirs. Potable water is a crystal clear example in this respect. To put in a nutshell, although many prefer seeing next centuries, in my submission, unknown future life is most likely to have many challenges. Those who live in the following centuries will definitely face problems which have never arisen for those who live at present.

Marriage Before 30, Sahar Modirzadeh https://ieltstoeflcenter.com/index.php/workshop-speaking-writing/writing-workshop/2015-10-31-06-09-31/261-fridays-writing-workshop-1396/writing-workshop-friday-96-08-19/1631-marriage-before-30-sahar-modirzadeh https://ieltstoeflcenter.com/index.php/workshop-speaking-writing/writing-workshop/2015-10-31-06-09-31/261-fridays-writing-workshop-1396/writing-workshop-friday-96-08-19/1631-marriage-before-30-sahar-modirzadeh

It is sometimes said that people should be encouraged to get married before they are 30. Do you agree or disagree? Right time of marriage has always been a matter of controversy among psychology and medicine scholars, while it is still a moot point. Some believe that getting married before the age of 30 is more advantageous due to various reasons. However, I only partly agree with this notion and am more of this belief that no one can determine the exact best age of marriage. Marriage is about the union of two totally different bodies of thought and attitudes, hence the complexity of the field for researchers. Difficult to assert any firm idea or make a general rule in this regard, the right age of marriage is different for every single person. Each individual should get married when he or she feels ready for that. Only when someone reaches the age of emotional maturity, do they succeed in marital life. Moreover, it is also of paramount importance that both a man and a woman be ready to share their lives with each other because after wedding they should share all their assets including money, time and interests with their spouse. Thus, it doesn't matter whether you are under or above 30; once you will be able to build up a happy relationship full of caring and sharing with your partner ,it will be the perfect time for matrimony. On the other hand, some argue that it is better for youngsters to get married earlier before reaching 30. Much of their reasoning is supported by physical facts. To illustrate, physicians are united in one belief, that the best time of pregnancy for a woman is between 25 to 30 since within this period the fertility rate is at the highest and body is on its' best possible condition biologically for carrying a baby. The other point they make in favor of early marriage is that people under 30 are more capable of adapting/to adapt with to a new life style; obviously a happy matrimonial life requires much of flexibility and cooperation. In summary, I think that one should decide about his one's best age of marriage based on his one's unique emotional, physical and financial circumstances and it is not what can be prescribed the same for everyone.

Some people believe that playing a musical instrument can be beneficial in many different ways. Others think it is a waste of time to play a musical instrument. Discuss both views and give your own opinion. Music has always has been an inseparable aspect of human life in each society and most people have tried to play it even once. However, there has have been a lot of arguments between some seeing advantages of learning music and others opining that it is a completely valueless act. Some people state that playing musical instruments has significantly positive impacts on our brain performance. These people argue that someone training to read and memorise music notes can memorisees other things like academic subjects better. Many researches have been conducted about the effects of playing music and the most of them approve advantages of learning music on the memory especially on children. Moreover, there is a lot of evidences that manifest children who have followed music curriculum constantly are usually more creative than their counterparts. Another important reason that are is evaluated as a merit of playing music is its effect on our social life. It seems that people playing an instrument usually contribute cooperate with others to play together as a musical group or a band and this contribution helps them to become more social. Nevertheless, there is are some groups who believe that music and playing it is are useless. These people usually insist that ordinary people do not need to know how a piece of music should be composed or played and it is a professional job for musicians. From their viewpoint, we could just enjoy listening to music and focusing on our own job and even some extremists believe that music is a worthless behaviour of people and must be stopped. In conclusion, while it seems that learning a musical instrument sometimes is a timeconsuming process, it is inconceivable that we ignore all the research outputs regarding learning music and more unthinkable that we abandon fun and intimacy of playing music.

Punishment, Sarvenaz https://ieltstoeflcenter.com/index.php/workshop-speaking-writing/writing-workshop/2015-10-31-06-09-31/261-fridays-writing-workshop-1396/writing-workshop-friday-96-08-19/1629-punishment-sarvenaz https://ieltstoeflcenter.com/index.php/workshop-speaking-writing/writing-workshop/2015-10-31-06-09-31/261-fridays-writing-workshop-1396/writing-workshop-friday-96-08-19/1629-punishment-sarvenaz

It is important for children to learn the difference between right and wrong at early ages. Punishment is necessary to help them learn this distinction. Agree or disagree? What sort of punishment should parent and teachers be allowed to use? It is said that the best period of time for learning is during childhood. To that end, parents let their children learn sports, foreign languages, art and other life skills from their very early ages. On the other hand, human beings are consistently trying to build a regulate sound society which is way far from cruelty, crimes and misbehaviors, hence thereby trying to raise raising up children who truly can distinguish between right and wrong. The first two people whom the kid meets, deals with and imitates during their his life time are their parents. As a matter of fact they have the main responsibility in rearing the child and introducing good and poor acts to them. Thus, the more control parents have on their own attitude and behavior, the less chance that their kids practice misdeeds. In this rapidly changing world and with all the technologicaly improvements, it is excessively difficult to have full control over the kids comparing to the past. Although adults spare no effort to be next to their beloved ones, but, nowadays, they spend less time with them due to some life complications. Therefore, they entrust kinder gardens and schools where children pass most of their times at. Teachers, lecturers and tutors also play a significant role in showing the right path to the youngsters. With all that those endeavors, still oldsters might be let down and disappointed by children, remarkably when they reach they adolescence and intend to commit misdeeds. To correct them, adults might resort to punishment which, sometimes, turns to physical ones. I believe this is destroying one's s' selfconfidence completely which ends up in being an indecisive person who cannot stand by rely on his their decisions in the future. Psychology suggests replacing punishment with encouragement in case of dealing with an intransigent young person. Instead of taking away objects or opportunities and physical punishment, we should act totally vice versa and work on the guilty person mentally and encourage them her to engage in virtuous practices. Moreover, that the world is a new matter to a two to ten year old kid full of wonders should be considered as an important factor. Through experiencing life and discovering its inaccurate/ unclear aspects, they might make mistakes and do not act as their parents please. Maltreatment would be a drawback in this case. From my point of view, punishments in a way that we know it has diverse affects on people, especially children. A culture should be built so that parents learn how to raise their offsprings and teach them how to differentiate between appropriate and inappropriate without force or applying wrath.

In recent years some countries have experienced very rapid economic development. This has resulted in much higher standards of living in urban areas but not in the countryside. This situation may bring some problems for the country as a whole. What are these problems? How might they be reduced? The Economic climate in advanced countries has have had a steep enhancementd in recent decades. This event has led outcome to improvementsing on the increase in people' lifestyle standard in the metropolitan areas., however, the surroundings are (lagging behind) not keeping pace in the developing process that surely will follow some negative results. In this essay those consequences and some suggestions will be stated (cited, right?) First of all, the government allocates (centered) an array of facilities in urban districts, from public transportation systems, improved streets and roads, electronic appliances that facilitate the city life for the citizens. Concurrently, countryside is deprived from of state-of-the-art (trendy) instruments and their officials rendered them poor quality services that not only do not respond to their initial requirements, also fall put them behind from crucial standards of current life. The other main problem is that unequal life conditions could result in more and more emigratione from the countryside to the mega cities. This will give a rise to an overpopulatione in the mega cities, alongside with overstored harmful ions that plummet reduce the air quality. Theses stated problems are considered accounted as thea tip of the iceberg. Every dire consequence is followed by another repercussion that exacerbates the status quo (current situation) as well as other ongoing negative events. In effect, inequality in society, according to the sociologists, will lead actuate to increasing aggressive behavior. The modern communities are engaged in increasing street violence, on account of recent reports. It is told that the chief reason has is rooted in inequality in distribution of wealth in the society, amongst emigrantste from the countryside and urban citizens. Obviously, more attention to peoples in the suburbssurrounding, more productivities in that those parts. Moreover, the upgrade trends in emigratione will be reverse owing to providing ubiquitous job opportunities in that region that brings down the statistics of violence behavior in the society.

Nowadays more tasks at home and work are being performed by robots. Why do you think it is happening? Is it a negative or positive development? With the adventantage of technology, robots have replaced human beings. Not only in factories, but also they are used in house chores. They had have both benefits to society and disadvantages. Nowadays, new technology has a key role in our life. Besides, it facilitates our life with by applying of various kinds of gadgets in every house. A case in point, all kinds of machines that we use for washing and cooking in the kitchen. Moreover, compared with the past, utilizing modern technologies leads to time saving, and thereby as a result people can dedicate their time to more important things. The other benefit of using robots is in factories. In other words, some of the work done by people at the factories is dangerous for health, especially in chemical factories. On the other hand, technologies cause to many social illnessesills, such as unemployment. To put it simply, the productivity of robots is several times that of individuals, due to the fact that they have designed and managed with the a smart and accurate program, whereas human errors in people are inevitable. Besides that, using of technology leads to environmental pollution. Although it seems we help reduce pollution, producing the power that uses technology is through fossil fuels, by the same token this has led to global warming/the heat of the earth. In a nut shell, the topic of robotics is you raise an important issue. That robots ease our life is indisputable, but they users/proponents/advocates of robots cannot shirk their responsibility of environmental pollution. However, using use of modern technologies are is on the rise and it is incumbent on us to use them in an appropriate way.

FATEMEH F Topic: travel to Antarctic or the Sahara Nowadays, as we all hear, the tendency for visiting the hardly-achievingfar-flung resorts like the Sahara desert or Antarctica is increasing among tourists. This phenomenon can have several impacts including such as negative or positive ones. This essay focuses on some of those paramount features. To begin with, we can mention some precious experiences like getting familiar with the nature and Earth's creation causing some significant changes in tourists' mind and thought. For instance, when a visitor travels to a pristine nature, they will realize many oddly unwritten secrets that they may not know about them in their everyday life. Secondly, I opine that acquiring unique experiences is a valuable gift that not all the people can face. These experiences can help them all long life as they were gathered so hard and were costly for them. They tolerated awkward circumstances and walked long distances, hence their meritorious experiences. On the other hand, although this kind of trip has excessively merit positive characteristics, there are some threats that should not be neglected like death, getting lost in the snow, or lost in the avalanche and also death due to hanger or thirstiness. When we hear or read about these hazards we definitely not fully understand how scary they are. Only when a human faces one of these problems, will they recognize how dangerous and deadly they are, so they should be always reminded to tourists as some of the most important risks of the trip. Additionally, the process of this type of travel is not only capital-intensive but also timeconsuming as they should travel by shipthe ships to reach the Antarctic or by the camels to reach the Sahara. To put in a nutshell, due to all the above-mentioned factors, it seems intriguing to visit the places that few humans less human have has reached before. However, the dangers should be taken into consideration too in that . In that, some say the more risky the trip, the more enthralling it is.

Should wealthy nations be required to share their wealth with poorer nations by providing them with things such as food and education? Or is this the responsibility of the governments of poorer nations to look after their citizens? Nowadays it is often claimed that affluent nations should be accountable for providing necessities like food and education for poorer nation. Contrary to this popular belief, there are still those who argue that it is the responsibility of governments to help their citizens and support them in their primary needs. On the one hand, it is very imperative that the governments put every effort into helping their citizens. Governments are responsible for the well-being of their citizens and fulfilling their necessities because of whom they have risen to power/got power. In countries which where governments are selected by people's vote, satisfying people becomes a major duty of parties in power. Only when parties can support their residence residents with facilities like food and education, will they be selected in the next election. On the other hand, helping countries that suffer from poverty/poverty-stricken is a moral duty and can benefit both rich and poor countries by making the world a better place for living. If rich nations give a suitable aid to poorer countries, these undeveloped countries will stand a chance of getting back of on their feet and start changing for the better. In some cases, however, when richer countries give money in order to support poor countries, they abuse of this condition and want to control them which may bring about have brought catastrophic effects on these undeveloped countries. In conclusion, it is clear that both sidespoints of view have some logical points after the debate is explored. In my opinion, although governments of poverty-stricken communities are responsible to help their citizens, the tremendous advantage of being helped by rich countries plays a decisive role and it is auspicious for different countries.
