A question which is the matter of concern is whether we are happier than our ancestors? I am, to a great extent, of the opinion that we are more satisfiedying than our fathers. To begin with, no one can ignore the satisfaction offered by technology. Broadly speaking, technology facilitates life. We have much many equipment which helps us to live better. To be more specific we use automobiles, airplanes, cellphones and the Internet. All This equipment helps us to travel very fast,. we can speak with our friends in other countries. Computers work rapidly, so we can have more leisure time to spend at our free will. New schools are more advanced than the previous ones schools, so our children can learn more and more. Our modern medical centers help us to have better medical care and those increase our longevity. Of equal importance is the fact that Happiness depends on ourselves. Simply stated, if people try to be glad, they will find it in their lives. Although every person has different difficulties in his life,. he must try to solve problems and live to be delighted. We need sport and other positive activities action to make a happy life. Psychologists can help us to understand our conditions and succeed in our lives. However, just as the English proverb goes, "every coin has two sides", the new era has some problems such as stress which annoy every one. To put it in a nutshell, from my perspective we are happier than our ancestors. To recapitulate the reasons, not only does technology facilitates our lives, but also happiness depends on ourselves and it is independent of time

In some counties average weight of people is increasing and their levels of health and fitness are decreasing. What do you think are the cause of these problems and what measures could be taken to solve them? Nowadays, obesity is one of the problematic issues in many parts of the world. Not only can obesity endanger health levels, but also it can decrease the fitness levels. The main culprit of this problem might be traced to the quality of foods that we eat besides our lifestyles. Firstly, our lifestyles in comparison with the past have changed. For example, Men and women are obligated to works for more than eight or nine hours in a day, so they do not have not ample time for domesticity and cooking. Moreover, to the what extent that I know, in some decades ago, there were no fast foods and people used to eat only some fresh foods such as vegetables and meat that they had cultivated and produced. Secondly, by taking into account some measures such as raising the awareness of people about grave consequences of consuming fast foods, we can solve this problem. It is worth knowing here that scientists have concluded that the rate of some cancers has been increasing due to consuming processed produced foods. Also, they have indicated that every year about to 30 thousand people die because of consuming only 80 grams processed produced food in a day. Therefore, individuals especially those are obesityprone gluttonous should avoid fast foods and others should be conversant with the detrimental effects of eating fast foods on their health. Furthermore, governments should monitor the quality of fast food producers. And if they find any factory ineligible, they have to mandate to ban them. To sum up, from the author's perspective, people should restrict junk foods and consume more vegetables and fresh meat, but it cannot be carried out if individuals do not know how much these kinds of foods are to the detriment of their health.

I think it is not limited to a certain place it's without place, people can become familiar with language, culture and customs of others without visiting to those places, they can watch documentariesy on in TV or read articles on the in internet so that some word, manner or lifestyle style way of life or clothing are universally or sometimes create a new style for example the style of clothing can be combined between to cultures so it can create a new style sometimes people copy/imitate cheated of celebrities'y manners, they change of their life style without they visitinged them. Have you ever seen this group of people who blindly follow pay of actors? With modern technology you can participate in meetings or congresses conclave without having you have presence in those places you use technology such as Skype ,… for participatinge there The type of communication is different. I think language and dialect are much changed when compared to the past. Today people prefer to use the virtual world to communicate with others such as Telegram , viber ,…. So in people's dialogues dialoged they people use new styles of language for communication, these covering stickers to express feeling or use abbreviations synopsis word or statements in between have created a some new type of relationship which in the past was meaningless. I think time doesn't matter in modern life. It helps to live much more easily easier and saveing time and you don't have any limitation limited in your life you. for example, you can buy something at any time of the day with new technology or prepare food in 15 minutes.

We send a messages to each other every time we want and sometimes we have video chat via the net, so by internet.so it has facilitated our life (makes our life easy.) Second of all, the modern means of transportation allows people to move from one place to another place very quickly.we can go downtown in our with own car, by taxi, bus and even metro. Or we can travel and visit around the world by airplane, train or ship. Another use of transportation is saving surviving people's life in emergenciesy time in the least possible time, so technology accelerates our life. Finally, as a result of all mentioned above there are is no boundaries between/among countries, their traditions and customs. Many people migrate during their lives. Some of them are looking for a better place to live in,. others want to get new experience and knowledge or just pleasure, so . So, many families are created by between people from different countries, so .so technology causes link all countries to come to together
