Employers sometimes ask people applying for jobs for personal information, such as their hobbies and interests, and whether they are married or single. Some people say that this information may be relevant and useful. Others disagree. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion. Asking various types of questions has always been a routine part of the employment process. However, a controversy has arisen surrounding the point that whether employers are allowed to enquire about their applicants’ private data. Although some people argue that these types of questions are irrelevant and redundant, from my point of view, these could be completely beneficial. The main reason which is normally mentioned by those (who are) frowning upon asking personal questions during job interviews is that everyone should be chosen for the position by related qualifications, namely university degrees or the length of work experience. In other words, factors such as pastime should not be considered as a demanding factor due to the fact people could adapt themselves with to new situations easily as long as they will be satisfied with their jobs. Confirmed by many psychologists, what having information about the employees’ characteristics brings about is hiring the most suitable candidate/person(????) for the respective position. For instance, working as a sales manager will not be appropriate for the one who suffers shyness, regardless of their(?) qualifications. Moreover, human-resources departments could take advantage of these such information to pleased their staff by offering them bonuses based on their interests. For example, amusement parks tickets for the staffs who have small children or discounts for registering in employees’ favorite sports clubs. This approach could usefully contribute to a successful business with a passionate team. In brief, I strongly opine that asking individuals about their life and personal interests during the process of employment is beneficial. What needs to be considered is that everyone should have the right to refuse answering thequestions that makes them uncomfortableed or when they feel their personal territory is being invaded.invasion of personal territory.

Foreign tourists must be charged higher fees than local people to visit cultural places and historical sites. Do you agree or disagree with this statement? Give your own opinion including relevant examples. It This has been a common experience for most people when they have traveled abroad and have attempted to visit an attractive place, where they had to pay more than residents. In contrast, the importance of local people's participation in going sightseeing gives some logical reasons to ask for cheaper fees for them. According to some researches, the number of local people who visit museums or historical places of their country is are meaningfully lower than that of their overseas counterparts. The reasons of this behavior are not completely known, however., some experts in the tourism industry have suggested a discriminatory payment method for motivating natives. They believe that making the difference between foreign and local visitors in entrance fees makes local people feel a warmer welcome and tells them who the homeowner isare. Now after several decades, examinations of this policy manifest a tremendous increaseing in the number of local visitors, a trend which which this trend has a significant impact on raising public awareness in a community. Another factor which leads governments to try to earn more money from foreigners is that these tourists' attitude to visit historical sites or museums just once and usually the first visit is the last one. Frankly, most historical places in the world are not so attractive which causes ordinary people to want to see them repeatedly and therefore with decreasing entrance fees to the level of locals, the income will fall and governments will have to dedicate extra money for the maintenance and upkeep. Moreover, since people from other countries do not pay tax to local governments regularly, this extra payment can be interpreted as a moral policy. In conclusion, although from the perspective of international holidaymakers, it is not reasonable that which they must pay more than many of the people around them, motivating locals to trace their history and culture outweighs satisfying overseas tourists who pay once and forget the little extra expense soon.

Stress is now a major problem in many countries around the world. What are some of the factors in modern society that cause this stress, and how can we reduce it? People in developed countries live a stressful life nowadays. Many scientists do research to find the causes of this trend and recommend solutions to resolve the issue. Recently conducted researches have confirmed that one of the most serious causes of stress among people is the installation of security cameras. Individuals who feel that they are being watched unwarily are stressed, and their efficiency at work and life has reduced as a result of a high level of stress. They think that these cameras are installed to take them under the control obliviously, and questioned of their actions at work or in the streets. Although authorities assert that these devices are just mounted to increase the level of safety on the streets, researches reveal that people see them as spying eyes which are watching and recording their daily life in order to accuse them of whatever they did at work or outdoor. To diminish the level of stress among the community experts recommend that authorities should raise the public awareness about this issue. People should be assured that these facilities are useful, and only be used in case of emergencies that recorded evidence is needed. Besides, the existence of such devices in public places would result in fewer crimes to be committed by delinquents. In addition, authorities should make people aware of the existence of a security camera in every public or private place by mounting warning notices on walls, and locations which people could see them. In conclusion, one source of stress among society is the presence of security cameras which could be used to spy on people, and one solution to diminish people’s stress is to make them aware of their existence and benefits.
