Not only do the role of art in people's life is undeniable, but also we cannot be reluctant in terms of tackling this situation. That is why we should work on the solutions too. For example, the government had better provoke pupils at primary schools to do art works and notify their parents regarding the benefits of doing these works for their charges. The more encouraging the student, the more creative they will be. For example, by throwing a competition at school regarding art works, they can make them much more eager to learn new abilities and work on it. On the whole, from my point of view art is a completely significant area of concern and the government should allocate certain amounts of budgets on improving it to got a decent position in the society.

To sum up, although I agree that the one's an individual's freedom would be affected by the above mentioned law, for the sake of people's health the benefits of restriction on cigarettes smoking far outweigh its drawbacks and gradually the above mentioned law can pave the way for a healthier community.
