The society would benefit from a ban on all forms of advertising because it serves no useful purpose, and can even be damaging. To what extent do you agree or disagree? In today’s competitive market, it is undeniable that different types of advertisements are playing a vital role in company’s sale figures. However, some people believe that not only do they disturbing most of the time, but also sometimes they are completely unreal and deceiving. In this essay, I will explore both bright and dark sides of this phenomenon before giving my own opinion. On the one hand, when the authorities do not have any observation on an unknown company’s advertisements, faking its products with numerous of freaking lies, many people might fall in trap. To make it crystal clear, imagine a swindler who just places an appealing advert on a huge billboard in the most crowded street of the city. Many people, passing this path, might become interested in that product and pay an extravagant amount of money for something worthless without even investigating or thinking properly about it. Furthermore, commercial breaks are becoming more and more disturbing day by day. Initially, it was supposed to be a TV program or a movie with few minutes of advertisements in between, but nowadays it has reversed completely, especially for those popular and famous programs, having many spectator. Therefore, some people think that the government must ban any kinds of advertisements. On the other hand, when a small company starts its new business, no one knows it. It is obviously needed to somehow introduce itself to its potential customers. Otherwise, there are always some other stronger rivals out in the market whose products were previously known to people. Hence, without this weapon any small company would rarely become successful, breeding a more monopolized market. Since in this scenario larger companies would become in charge of the whole market, neither the prices nor the qualities could be controlled by the government, totally a disaster for a country’s economy. In conclusion, from my vantage point, although we have witnessed many frauds through the advertisementsadvertising, we cannot ignore its advantages. Consequently, if the government sets some fundamental rules and controls onit, it would become not only a lucrative business, but also a trustful way for companies to introduce products to their target audiences.

Some people prefer to spend their lives doing the same things and avoiding change. Others, however, think that change is always a good thing. Obviously, there are many arguments that individuals should be refrained from doing new things and must stick to traditional methods. However, some people are convinced that mankind needs to venture into some noble experiences in life. Primarily, it cannot be denied that some people like to become comfortable with daily practices in their life which they are accustomed such as old generation who avoid change in many cases because they do not want to become materialistic. They agree with paying full attention to one thing and also to the old way of traditional living. They often eschew major change and focuses on safe side of life while missing a lot of opportunities that it has brought. Furthermore, they do not like to lose their comfort zone, prefer to follow their routine habits. They also feel satisfied with this circumstance. In my view, maybe they are worried about their low confident to face new experience. On the flip side of coin, the youngsters suppose that change would be enjoyable. They give full preference to change in most of the cases. Firstly, they believe that they should be open to new change because it will make their life meaningful. Secondly, it can create lots of nice chances which help them move forward. A suitable job, as an illustration, might present the fantastic situation that push the person to adapt, acquire useful knowledge, or add a skill set. Finally, as well as making life more interesting, it can help us overcome the difficulties. To put in a nutshell, I think that both side seem to have merits. However, I persist change is necessary and unavoidable if someone wants to achieve his/her goals and besides change is a universal concept that can lead to improvement.

Some people argue that financial aid is important but others suggest that practical aid and advice are more important? Discuss both views and give your opinion. Development is a common topic which many are concerned about in developing countries. The public, the politicians and the educated people in these countries are always looking for the ways to improve their welfare. It seems that two main beneficial methods in fulfilling this goal are International financial supports and international consultancies. There are many hot debates about how to opt one of these strategies. This essay is going to discuss the issue in more detail. Financial support may be the very first solution against poverty or lack of financial resources. But it has some drawbacks too. As these loans should be paid back in international currencies like Dollar or Euro, and as these countries may produce products for export and consequently generate incomes in these currencies, they may not be able to free themselves from these loans. Indeed, these loans put these countries in the danger of dependency on other countries. This dependency may be both in political and economic aspects. Consequently, not only could not these monetary provisions solve the predicaments, but it also could worsen the overall situation of the host country. On the other hand, international consultant corporations stands outside the developing countries. Although they have many top-level managers from the countries subjected to development, they cannot prescribe better than those born and grown inside the country. If outsourcing strategies were the right solution, all other countries would adopt it and flourish. It has been said that, if an egg hatches from inside, life will start, but if it hatches because of an external impact, death is inevitably the only result. So it is highly recommended to societies to overlook international organizations advises and try themselves hard enough to tactfully build their dream country. Over all, it should be emphasized that the way of development passes thorough not the external but the internal resources. It is highly suggested that instead of getting bewildered among tactful but superficial foreign solutions, countries heed more toward their human capitals and enjoy more their advises to find themselves in the desired situation.

The percentages of a specific university’s students in Britain who were bilingual, multilingual or not able to speak another language have been presented by the figures for some specified and not specified languages for two separate years in 2000 and 2010. People mostly prefer to choose an economical one, but in my opinion, they should have been informed that the importance of the museums fee is absolutely efficient for countries growth. Some people argue that government should not oblige residents of cities and especially tourists to pay charge for entrance to the museums because they believe that developing their cultures is more important than obtaining a few fees for maintenance and preserve the museums. However, among them, there are still some people think that tourists are exception not to pay. This should not forget tourist industry is an enormous source of income for the countries. All of the museums with different aspects of exhibition have a huge effect on acquaintance of the culture of destination countries. On the other hand, some oppose to visit Museums without paying any payment. They claim that, not only should this charging append on maintaining and repairing the museums but also this money has benefit to the infrastructures of countries and tourist industry. From the point of psychological view, when we have to pay some price for something, we will appreciate this more than something for free. Apart from these issues, it is important to make entrance for free for students because visiting the museums has educational aspects for them. To conclude all the statement above, although free entrance to museums lead to the excessive count of visitors, there are many countless benefits to obtain even a less fee for entry to the museums for all of the countries around the world.

Having a wide range of commodities under the same roof, a modern shopping center can reduce congestion in large cities overrun by both delivery services and shoppers. Furthermore, these centers are so beautiful and attractive that many people prefer to spend their free time there than shop from traditionally old stores run by a bad-tempered old shop vendor. Bearing in mind that these astonishingly luxurious malls have been built with the sacrifice of many a local shop demand us a deeper consideration regarding these prevalent plight. Many a critic claims that this is simply the rebirth of capitalism, but arguably unlike the past is unexpectedly in large scale. I believe multinational investors are gradually conquering the local markets with this method, and by this way not only do they increase their capital/accululate wealth, but they also acquire the control of cash flow in the host nation market. Closure of small shops leads to centralization of capital, and this result in empowerment of a limited number of shareholders, and not the populace. Firstly, while in a brain development stage, teenagers should only concentrate on their self-improvement and acquiring knowledge, for this period is rightly considered a peak in the human’s learning abilities. Secondly, teenagers need couple of hours after school not only for doing assignments and assimilating what has newly been taught to them but also for some extra-curricular activities such as taking up a sport or even socializing with friends, to name just a few, both of which would refresh students’ mind for attending school for a day to come. In conclusion, although having a job while studying can be of some benefits to teenagers, I am holding on to the view that full-time education, if we look into it with deeper insight, will result in a far more prosperous, successful, and contented generation.

In other words, today many old habits and customs are eroded because of ubiquity of technological developments. On the other hand, we should not dismiss all traditional skills as outdated. In my opinion, in every country, tradition and customs are integral elements of every single culture and it should not be substituted in any way unless it is incompatible with the needs of life. There are also useful values and ways which are applicable to modern life. For example, in similar way of our generation we could gain prosperity and well-being in our work place not only by attaching great importance to hard working in a competitive market but also by placing a premium on politeness and good manners which are seen as traditional characteristics. I believe that people would lead to a happier lives if they had a more ‘old-fashioned’ sense of community. In conclusion, due to technology progression, the line between work and private life is much more blurred and people are more alienated with their traditions. Given the seriousness of this problems, I would contend that people should make every effort to preserve our valuable traditions.

On the other hand, being separated by virtue of going to university can be utilized as a transit period to assimilate into societal mainstream smoother. Although being great at first glance, unwavering supports from families may defeat the object on offsprings.
