Some people say History is one of the most important school subjects. Other people think that, in today’s world, subjects like Science and Technology are more important than History. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion. In this day and age, with the markedly beneficial influence of technological and scientific developments over people’s lives, many argue that these subjects have more benefits in lieu of History. Others, however, have different idea. They believe that History is one of the main branches of study which should be considered a principal course in schools due to its important role in educating us for living in an appropriate way. On the one hand, History has been cited as one of the most pivotal subjects which is taken into consideration by its advocates. They think that studying it is a shortcut for us to attain a better life by virtue of learning from our ancestors’ faults and achievements. It can pave the way for planning a more successful life and subsequently diminish the potential risks which lie ahead in the individuals’ way. Therefore, whilst our fathers and mothers experienced a situation, it is a seemingly rational expectation that they teach us what they know, and the sole way to fulfil it is exploring it throughout history. On the other hand, subjects such as Science and Technology are of primary importance in humans’ world, which has been quoted by their supporters. They say that, nowadays, our convenient lives are owing to advancements which have been made in technology. When these fields play a crucial role in people’s level of welfare and life expectancy, is it a reasonable decision to give their invaluable places to others like History? Thus, human beings should persist in studying them to improve their life quality. Consequently, not only can studying History lead to us earning a wisely prosperous life by brightening our path up, but also Technology and Science can facilitate our life and thereafter arm us to combat (provide us to tackle) unpredictable conditions and thereby, day by day, eliminating threats one after another. Hence, neglecting to learn each of them, that is “History, Technology and Science”, and denying ourselves their priceless effects on our lives seem to be an obviously destructive determination.

It is therefore necessary for governments to impose a higher tax on this kind of food. To what extend do you agree or disagree with this option? Nowadays, people are consuming wide range of unhealthy, processed and high-calorie fast foods based on their regular diet. It has resulted in unavoidable consequences such as obesity, heart diseases, diabetes and even variety of cancers. The above mentioned phenomenon must be controlled urgently by the governments by limiting rules like imposing tax on high-fat high-sugar products. This idea will be critiqued in next paragraphs. There is no doubt that this notion of placing additional tax on fast food meals has been similarly practicing on Tobacco, Cigarettes and Alcohol. It could brilliantly discourage consumers from excessive consumption of the above high risk products. On the other words, the more governments impose tax on fatty foods, the harder to be brought in by individuals due to unaffordable prices. Indeed, middle class citizens and budget-conscious families would probably alter their common diet to more economical and healthier ones. No matter how severely governments raise the revenue by vast amounts of taxes, without the other extra alternatives there will be regressive. It is apparent that by collecting more money, welfare services funds would be enriched. However, it would not directly deter the consumption rate in long term. There are number of measures to be taken by the authorities including but not limited to broadcasting awakening advertisements, forbidding fast food brands billboards around the cities and launching cultural campaigns against the hectic lifestyle. Not only are they able to enlighten the minds, but also people smoothly move to nutritious foods. To sum up, imposing some rules or taxes on high-fat foods is considered radical tactical shift to protect people health in a short time. In addition, other cultural strategies should be taken into account to tackle this issue completely.

Happiness is considered very important in life. Why is it difficult to define? What factors are important in achieving happiness? No one would be able to find a definite answer to the question of what happiness can be. The reason lies in the different attitudes existing toward the notion. That what makes an individual delighted varies from person to person, though being able to apply some particular measures might bring happiness in its wake. The reason why happiness diverse in different people is because they consider prosperity and satisfaction differently. what makes ones pleasant is not necessarily supposed to make the others as well. A wealthy person, as an example, might long for companionship in his family in order to assume that he has a serene life, while the other person possibly would only think of a job he always yearned for to earn a living. This is why it is next to impossible to pose a fixed and distinct equivalent for happiness. From my point of view, there could be some rudimentary factors which can widen the vision toward feeling delighted in life. Firstly, that what we know about ourselves simply will help us to be aware of our requirements .Since being cheerful is directly linked by fulfilment of our needs, it enables us to change our life for better. Secondly, having a true perspective of life makes it far easier to set the achievable goals. Some might demand for more than what they could ever grant, thereby feeling unsatisfied and discouraged consequently. Finally, let us not forget either that one indisputable factor of being delighted is being contented with our current belongings. The more contentment we find in our lives, the better feeling we might experience(undertake?) Overall, although barely is it possible to define what happiness means in its every sense, various factors such as need- awareness as well as having reasonable desires and being fairly contented are of importance in acquiring it.

Some others, however, assert vice versa. I, personally, wholeheartedly agree with the first group. First and foremost, members of the public considering mixed schools a beneficial choice for students opine that all of them regardless of whether they are boys or girls should be prepared to attend a society as adults and be capable of tackling their problems, thereby making them ready to behave toward their opposite sex logically without paying attention to their gender in different venues such as universities and workplaces. This ability leads to them becoming significantly more prosperous in their living. Further and even more importantly is associated with the sense of under-aged generations. If they were apart from their opposite sex at school, they would be much greedier as to it which is to the detriment of their personality. For example, researchers believe that these people will make completely wrong decisions about their partner in their future life. On the other hand, opponents claim that due to the fact that boys' personality is different from girls, they are more energetic and noisy. In other words, they tend to fight together regularly that is not appealing for girls and even in some cases they may be scared of going schools. On the whole, I once again reaffirm my position in regard to the benefits of studying in a mixed educational system. In addition, about the differences between girls and boys, teachers need to pay attention to their needs by considering their gender.

On the contrary, other persist that this method is not an effective way and other measures should consider to deal with it. In this essay, I will discuss both points of view and clear my side. By making new football grounds or tennis courts in each area of city all city dwellers have same opportunity to work out with them in proper way. For instance, in my neighborhood our local municipality built new body buildings equipment in park and in the evening most of my next doors have some exercise with them. On the other hand, former solution to tackle public health is not acceptable for huge portions of societies. Each community consist of infants and old people besides adults that could not work with sport facilities and just building new sport facilities could not support public health. In this day and age all developing and developed countries have common concerns about air or water pollution, huge traffic or other kinds of disturbing issues that directly effect on health of society. It is much better to focusing on basic health programs in schools or other public areas to awareness of worse effect of wrong life's habit. To sum up, from my estimation for increasing public health sanitary training especially for children will have tremendous effect on reaching to acceptable results. As an example, most of the people especially the youths prefer to have books on their hand-held electronic devices, which is more accessible, instead of having paper books. In addition, in terms of weight, e-books are easier to bear in comparison with paper books, which become excessive when their numbers increase. Furthermore, too much space is needed to lugging or even retaining them. On the other hand, many a person holds the idea that paper books are feel-good one and it's its place will not be taken by e-books. Moreover, not only is a tome on a cellphone, even on a laptop, hard to read, but also it hurts human`ss’ eyes. Besides, paper books, even arethough hard to carry, are more valuable than e-books, especially the manuscripts ones. The main conclusion to be drawn from this discussion is that although reading e-books has become more common lately, I believe that paper books is are more valuable than e-books and due to advocates of reading paper books, it they will not simply vanish.
