In some countries, it can be very difficult for people over the age of 50 to get good jobs, despite their experience. What do you think are the causes of this problem, and what measures could be taken to solve it? In this day and age, finding a suitable job is a main issue which most of the people are dealing with. It is more worrying when age constraints are highlighted because employers prefer to hire young people rather than older ones. First of all, I opine that people should work if they indeed want to. This issue is not related to the age of people and they can work when they are healthy and can have a positive role in society and the economy. Not only can the people over the age of 50 be quite effective but also they can share their experiences with the youth. Moreover, older people cannot accept each any job in terms of age and situation since they think it is below their dignity. However, they sometimes are forced to swallow their pride and admit a job which they do not like at all. Besides, one of the reasons that older people are not suitable for jobs is they generally are not up-todate and their knowledge and information relate to what they learned at the university several years ago. For instance, one of my old co-workers is used to drawing the scheme of parts by hands whereas they today can be drawn by AutoCAD software. This is why the role of the computers and information technology is important in this regard. Last but not least, training courses can be absolutely effective for middle-aged people. These courses help them to learn new skills in the modern world which in turn bring about more job opportunities for them. Also, they would be useful for business, the economy and society. So overall, I believe that older workers have a lot to offer and their experience can be helpful to companies but their knowledge must be updated.

in a number of countries, some people think it is necessary to spend large sums of money on constructing new railway lines for very fast trains. Others believe the money should be spent on improving existing public transport. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion Saying that spending national budget on building a fast train system, people believe that the fast train is crucial for cities’ transportation. Conversely, others think that governments should improve the existing public transportations. Although in my view national budget should be spent equally on the fast rail system and the current public transportation, this subject sparks a great controversy among people. Nowadays, people are of the opinion that fast trains are more beneficial than other old-fashioned transportations especially for big cities and countries where people want arrive to at their destination as soon as possible. For instance, big cities such as new New York, İstanbul and shanghai grow fast in terms of space. Also population in these cities increase day by day. Because of lake lack of proper and a high speed transportation system, people find it a big challenge to travel and get to work on time every day. Trains can carry a great number of passengers and goods at a time in comparison with other systems. Plus high speed trains can reduce the traffic congestion and it they areis safe as well. On the other hand, others think that a high speed rail system has a hight-tech technology, so some narrowfew countries can install this system properly. Therefore, investing in high speed rail transport has/involves a great cost and for this reason many countries cannot pay this money at a short time. Totally the government should concentrate on the existing public transportations and solve their problems instead of investing in new trains. In conclusion, in my view nations should spend money in on both hight speed trains and the existing transportations equally. In the future in consideration of growing population and cities’ space both actions are needed.

I intend to focus on legal efforts to address climate change and global warming. The main question in this thesis is how we can manage to some extent to strike a balance between using natural resources and protecting the environment. In this research, I intend to look for the successful examples of legislative actions the governments have taken in most environmentally-friendly countries. Also, I want to concentrate on climate engineering which is commonly referred to as geoengineering and its benefits on climate change and environmental risks in connection with countries’ rights and rules to assist developing countries in being more environmentally friendly by using or avoiding this method. protecting the environment in Iranian constitutional law, course paper, Research Project II, Islamic Azad University, Tehran Central Branch, 2018. –

Some people claim that not enough of the waste from homes is recycled. They say that the only way to increase recycling is for governments to make it a legal requirements. To what extend extent do you think laws are needed to make people recycle more of their waste ? These days, the quite a significant amount of home waste’s recycling, is much valuable as the other modern difficulties. Which contains many sayings. Let’s discuss about these perspectives. In from my point of view, it is essential that the lawmakers need to make several obligations to enforce their citizens to attending about to the household wastes. One of the effective strategies that we can mention it, is introducing legal manners. Singapore could be one of the best examples, this city has heavy fines due to tackle forcing/compelling inhabitants to obey the rules. In terms of specific behaviors like, throwing out the trashes into the garbage bins or even chewing gums. These legalize actions, reduced many trash problems beyond the mega areas by many expert beliefs which make this land unique and special. Not To not forget, governments must extend the required facilities on the each side of the towns which are their main duty. So that, the others access to a variety of bins which can be used to recycle non bio-degradable substances/can separate different materials. On the other hand, some people insist that this issue can also resolve to do certain movements, people’s awareness and education. House owners may be concerned for about how massive are is their waste produced and find landfills to dump them which was the only solution in the past, but not now. Governments could encourage them to collect their trashes in possible ways. And lead their attentions to this state, harmful waste like plastics are effective to our living areas. So they can damage our oceans and the species such as marines in hard deep ways. To cap it all, teaching children from the beginning at their desk will have much better impact to negotiate cope with these situations. In conclusion, I encourage this idea as a brilliant solution for this matter. Education and informing people about our environment have much influence rather than punishment, but they are not enough.

Iran's Natural Resources https://ieltstoeflcenter.com/index.php/workshop-speaking-writing/writing-workshop/mondays/462-monday-writing-workshop-1398/writing-workshop-monday-98-10-23/3329-iran-s-natural-resources https://ieltstoeflcenter.com/index.php/workshop-speaking-writing/writing-workshop/mondays/462-monday-writing-workshop-1398/writing-workshop-monday-98-10-23/3329-iran-s-natural-resources

I was born in Iran, a Middle Eastern country with great natural resources, and I have lived here all my life. To be honest, violations of natural resources are not the subject I come across in the books and articles I read, but the exploitation of the natural resources by the community and governors especially in my country are the experiences I struggle with each and every day of life. The growth of people's negative impacts on environmental resources in my country due to the unavailability of necessary and relevant rules was one of the main motivations for me to choose this program. By learning more and more about natural resource violations, and establishing appropriate rules, we can prevent these kinds of illegal and unauthorized activities from happening. Accessing to Iran's natural resources by the government is getting out of control and there is a high demand to introduce reforms to environmental rules. As a result, I decided to pursue this program to learn more and conduct more research in this field to inform not only my country but all nations about environmental disasters that have been occurred due to our oil and gas exploitation and their inevitable consequences. Also, climate change is still a hot debate all around the world and all countries still lack a vital tool to defend the environment and combat climate change. I believe that it is our moral responsibility to protect land, air, water and soil for the next generation. To do so we need to set more environmentally friendly rules. I am keen on pursuing graduate work in this program at the University of Calgary due to the aforementioned reasons, but I first need to take advanced courses on natural resources law, energy, and environmental law to learn what substantive rules and procedural safeguards for the protection of the environment and natural resources are in place in developed countries. Upon completing these courses, I will be ready to write a paper to answer the question about as to how we can we strike a balance between meeting our secular daily/mundane needs and sustainable usage of the environmental resources.

If you are required to give feedback about your classmates/colleagues (work or performance), would you like to give positive comments or negative comments first? Giving and receiving feedback is so decisive a part of an activity to thrive. Many believe that negative feedback does not have priority over positive one. Others, however, maintain that negative feedback has more effect on performance compared to positive counterpart, so it deserves to be the main priority. I am of the latter opinion. To begin with, according to studies on brain scans, when we give others feedback positively at first, the brain does not process it deeply. In fact, they will remember that they have been admired and feel well, but they will not remember the details completely. In other words, compliment does not end up with the cognitive process, so the feedback you give might not be functional. On the contrary, negative feedback triggers the brain to process the received information. As a result, if we provide negative feedback as the first step, not only will negative feedback be in the process but also the positive ones, because the brain has warmed up enough to analyze all our opinions. Besides, we should not forget that our principal aim of providing feedback is the improvement of people’s performance not pleasing them. To reach this goal,/to that end negative feedback might be more efficient. However, there are some considerations we should take into account when we want to give feedback. According to research, novices and experts are different in feedbacks they are required to be promoted. Since beginners do not have enough self-esteem, they demand more positive feedback. In contrast, adept workers feel an urge to hear negative ones, because they are sure of themselves and intend to increase the quality of their job. Furthermore, in order to give effective negative feedback, they should be timely and precise and we should avoid judgmental language. Many experts suggest that negative feedback should include “what if” instead of “but”. For instance, if you do not like the sketch of an animated character your colleague has drawn, you can say “what if it has bigger eyes?”. To make a long story short, negative feedback supersedes positive one, because our goal is resolving issues which we face in the job. Also, I personally hold this view that negative feedback will backfire unless we give it some careful considerations. Time: 35 mins

Some people think that it is better to educate boys and girls in separate schools. Others, however, believe that boys and girls benefit more from attending mixed schools. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion. Studying at single sex or mixed schools is a moot point which most of the parents are dealing with. Parents’ mindset is absolutely crucial in their offspring’s nurture. In my opinion, having successful interactions in future life is one of the most important factors for each individual in psychological terms. In other words, everybody should be educated in order to establish satisfactory relationships. My firm conviction is that the education at mixed schools has much of a role to play in enhancing such abilities. From a social standpoint, pupils studying in these schools are more prone to learn a multitude of team working skills from an early age compared to their counterparts at separate schools. Therefore, they are consequently not emotionally underdeveloped in their relations with the opposite sex. Not only can they advance their social knowledge through mixed schools, but also they can gain precious abilities for their personal life. Those who experience this kind of education are almost able to realize plenty of distinctions between themselves and their partner, so they can find effective solutions more easily in this regard. On the other hand, some people argue that the environment of single sex schools brings about less distractions which in turn leads students to concentrate on their studies significantly. However, I opine that such distractions and success are not mutually exclusive since they are inextricably bound up with anybody in several sectors of life for instance, at the university and workplace. I strongly believe only if everyone attempts to accept all facts of social life, will they succeed in managing most of the situations. Moreover, some groups of pupils preferred to study at separate schools since some gender prejudices existed in the past and students were limited to choose choosing their favorite subjects whilst time hopefully luckily has changed and equality today is allowed at both models of schools. Consequently, further to the above explanation, even though education at mixed schools may has have some negative impacts on pupils, I think its advantages outweigh the drawbacks considerably.

Paper books vs Ebooks Smart Tools play a more significant role in our life day by day. Although humans has have experienced studying by reading paper books for many years, But recently, studying has taken many forms due to prevalence of the smart tools like mobile phones, laptops and so on.However, paper books has have still maintained their place and popularity among the people. For book lovers, nothing can be alternative to a good book and a lounge chair and a cup of tea on a winter afternoon. The smell of paper and book reminds calmness feeling for these people Which a Ebook can notcannot give.Further according to researchesresearch, studying of paper books takes more learning than digital ones and readers get deeper understanding though paper books studying. Another paper books’ merit is less fatigue and physical injury So that looking at the screen for a long time can be harmful for the eyes and lead to sleep disorders and mental and physical fatigue, While paper books do not have these issues. However, Ebooks have merits too, for example they avoid cutting down the trees and endamaging endangering the environment and also save on a huge valume volume of paper. These books have lower prices than the paper ones and everyone can use them.Another merit about these books is ease of use. They don't have physical weight and volume and can be used everywhere. By considering Regard to these cases, it can be concluded that paper books and Ebooks have no advantage over the another And each one has its own significance, considering various time and location conditions and personal tastes.

Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Students are more influenced by their teachers than by friends. Use specific reasons and example to support your answer. It is obvious that schools paly a singnificant significant role in students' life. The both teachers and friends can impact to students which I suppose they are more influenced by their friends and I feel this is for a couple of reasons which I explain in this essay. First of all, students and teachers never can be a friends because of their relationship. Students count on their teachers just like a teacher no more than and they think teachers want to advice advise them all the time. In fact, teachers can easily distinguish false from correct but because of their ages gap, students are more influenced by their friends. The students who in are thea same age probably will have the same interests and activities which make them so close together and feel more comfortable, so it conductive conducive to they can their discussing more freely and being amicable with lessout any embarrassment or fear. For instance, my cousin is communicating with his friend more than his teacher and when his mother asks him if he has any problem with his teacher, he says ask my friend. On the other hand, students spend much more time with their friends than their teachers even outside of the campus, during the break time, so it is clear they have a more relationship with their friends because they only see their teachers at the class and the communication between students and teachers is related to the course, so in that case they cannot have a major effect on students' character or behavior. Besides, some teachers think they are superior of to students, although it is a fact, they should not behave in a way that makes students uncomfortable if they want to have friendly relationship with their students. For example, when I was an undergraduate student, I had a professor who was 4 four years older than me but because she was always selfish, nobody liked her and we could not communicate with her. Ultimately, although it depends on students' personality as to which type of characteristics they can be communicate with, based on my experience students are more influenced by their friends becsause because they have more time, friendly hours and a common point of view with each others.
