Experience is seen as being less important than youth 11. Young people are promoted to top jobs 12. Retraining is one solution 13. Training courses can help in this regard 14. They should be widely available and affordable 15. Their experience can be quite useful to organizations 16. They can pass their experience of work to younger employees Good luck!
