It is parents responsibility and not the schools to teach children moral values who is the most responsible for children's moral education and what is the best way to teach right from wrong? Educating children and teaching them to find the right way and Their life boundaries have has been the most important and challenging issues for educational authorities. Contrary to nowadays, in the past all of educational responsibilities were are peculiar to parents so teachers would play a minor role in a student's life. The reason might be related to both lack of suitable planning and budget in the schools which are the consequences of ignoring ignorance the need for of a perfect education system. Besides, that the period of time children spent at schools was relatively short for supervision of all aspects of their life. This method was not successful enough to be remained and continued so far since now. In recent decades educational systems has have been changed completely. Parents as well as educational authorities appreciate the new generation and their training more than before. therefore, they have spent more time for planning a proper program to lead them to the direction where which they could achieve success. They realize not only should students be at the high level of both physical and mental abilities but also they required having healthy and moral behavior and these aims would not come true without cooperation of parents and teachers. They should share their ideas and have direct and effective communicatione with each other to reach a perfect program and guidance for students to shape their moral values. On the other hand, they should grow up with a an consistent even educational system to prevent of confusion. If they face two different criterion criteria for their values , they could not exactly distinguish right way from wrong one and they would be always uncertain with regard to even simplest matters. However, if both parents and teachers take responsibility for of leading students, they would form the basic spiritual dimension of future generation. To sum up, in from my point of view for these such important issues as educating students, educationalists have as important a role as parents and each of them should play their specific role and assist each other in to gaining best results and no one could take all responsibilities in solitude.
