People nowadays spend time on their personal enjoyment rather than things they should do. Nowadays, many socialists are debating on the this controversial issue as to whether people tend to spend time doing their personal enjoyment or the tasks/issuesstuff they have to do according to their roles as parents or husband or wife or even as an employee. The statistics indicate/showdeclares people are becoming engaged in their own affairs rather than their roles and rules. I, myself, believe in this report and I will illustrate the reasons as below. The psychologists cite teenage as a significant period in learning to learn the roles and responsibilities. Moreover, they admit as the teenagers get older, they will become more self‐absorbed. Accordingly, since the educational system as well as the parents have not focused on this issue, we may see people having difficulty accepting their roles and rules. Secondly, people, nowadays, have grown/become more selfish in comparison with their ancestors and the first and foremost for most reason, social psychologists have admitted that people tend to have a shorter for this attitude is the less life expectancy people tend to have today compared to rather than the past , so, people have become more obsessed in their time as they see themselves more prone to the vast variety of diseases or catastrophe. Thirdly, many city dwellers are engaged in " Nine to five jobs " in order to have a better chance of paying for their expenses in accommodation and food, whereas in traffic reports, we see that the rush‐hours are increasing year by year. Therefore, people are short for time. Given this dilemma, how can we expect people not to become selfish? In conclusion, all of the studies have been implemented on the city dwellers not the rural ones. We can indicate that people in the village are still more selfless and accepting their obligation to the rules. There is a piece of evidence showing rural people are on the verge in the vicinity of changing their priorities
