Official Cambridge guide to IELTS: practice test1, writing task 2: Some people work for the same organization all their working life. Others think that it is better to work for different organizations. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion. To many, keeping their career for life time is the most important concern of their working life and they do anything to preserve their position, whereas many others are trying to change their jobs in specific periods or on occasions.(spare no effort) The First group are those employees who do not like to risk in their working lives and they want to keep their positions. Besides, some of them are thinking if you stick to on your job in one organization, then you will be promoted in certain intervals and staying in one organization reveals your reliability and loyalty to your company. You can progress upwell in your company and climb up the stairs of success step by step. In addition, you will never have the worries of finding a new career and can always walk in safe margins/conservatively. On the other hand, there are employees who are switching from one organization to another one repeatedly and they are claiming that changing career is helping them to improve their skills and increases their experimentsexperience. They are asserting that neither working in one organization, nor doing repeated boring daily jobs are is satisfying them and they found their improvement and redemption from being a fossil fissile at the desks by changing their jobs. In my opinion, although having one job for lifetime would have many benefits, changing career has have advantages too. The most important point/issue/thing that must be considered is the characteristic of the job that you are doing. I think, if your career can satisfy your curiosity, that job is worth keeping. On the opposite side, if you feel that you have no promotion in your position or skills, then you must plan to switch your organization. In a nutshell, changing jobs or keeping it all depends on employees and careers characteristics and their situations must be discussed precisely and in details. Therefore, if changing career has have more advantages than disadvantages employees must accept the risk of switching.
