In the recent years some countries have experienced very rapid economic development this has resulted in much higher standards of living in urban areas but not in the countryside. This situation may bring some problems for the country as a whole what are these problems? How might they be reduced? In the recent years developing countries have experienced a new phenomenon which is known as the uneven development. to put it simply, an uneven development is a situation in which some parts of a country particularly major cities face with a sudden rise in economic measures. Therefore. the living standards in these areas increase, whilst the other parts, namely, rural areas and small cities suffer the lack of sufficient improvement in financial status. Therefore, less improvement in terms of the life quality, hence these countriesy are is grappling with new but for sure serious economical and social issues. In on one hand, some economic experts cite that unequal development would bring income disparity. they usually point out that in an unparalleled development opportunities often are distributed far from being fair so some people will have access to more job vacancies probably with better a future career path plus relatively more impressive perks and salary whilst their counterparts in the countryside will suffer consequences of unemployment. On the other hand, sociologists claim that unbalanced development will result in more and more centralization, hence more people will immigrate to big cities seeking promising prosperity and welfare. This will bring a barrage of various difficulties to these parts of country from unbearable traffic jams and air pollution to a dramatic increase in petit crimes and divorce rates. They mention new arrivals need jobs to provide their family with basic/primary needs such as food , housing and education, otherwise they might consider illegal activities or ending up doing unproductive work such as selling goods/items/merchandise/commodities/things in the streets. Considering all the circumstances said above, experts usually mention some possible approaches to overcome the problem. one of the valid and possible solutions could be decentralization. All the developing countries should contemplateing decentralization as a vital act to establish a thriving economy for example they can pass series of encouraging laws to convince more investors and entrepreneurs to bring their money and ideas to the smaller parts of the country. To sum up, we can name innumerable cases throughout history where that a flourishing economy has reached its end because they had developed unevenly, so we need to scatter opportunities and financial resources all over the country. in that case, we can expect sustainable development as the most prominent target for every major economy, otherwise our society will struggle with a series of frustrating economical and social problems.
