How true do you think this statement is? What measures can government take to discourage people from using their cars? After the 2nd world war car manufacturing companies started to produce more automobiles and there was were fresh blood in their production lines' venoms and the high rate of their production resulted in traffic congestion in some mega cities especially in the past three decades. Some say this unexpected high rate of production is the culprit accused for of the enormous quantity of cars in big cities. They are claiming that the more cars are were assembled in factories, the more urban traffic jams were occurred. They are insisting that neither do car producers worry about daily congestions nor do vehicle dealers care about urban chaos. Their forefinger is are pointing to out automobile industries' investors and all who have benefited from this business,. Therefore, it is up to governments to increase car manufacturing taxes to control their production rate. On the other hand, many critics are asserting that car producers and dealers have the right to manufacture and sell sale their products and this business has have created made fulltime jobs for many family‐men among for the past decades. Although the number of cars has increased in since recent years due to high production rates of automobile factories, they believe the prime culprit for the crowdedness of streets is the government's mismanagement in the field of development of public transportations. In addition, they must fine bill single passenger cars and encourage them to use bus and subway. I also believe that governments have not fulfilled made their duties as right as it must. The more public transportation has have been provided, prepared, the less crowd in cities will happen. There are countries in the European Union that they have been ranked among in the top ten countries with the highest number of vehicles per capita which they are experiencing low traffic congestions due to their valuable common transporting systems, whereas many cities in countries with very low rates of vehicle per population rates in other parts of the world are grappling with traffic chaos. I do not think that limiting people from using their personal cars is be a useful response for decreasing single passenger cars amount. In conclusion, despite the role of car manufacturers in increasing of the number of registered cars, the effect of the government policies in handling of transferring passengers is are more significant effective in daily hustle and bustle crowds that we see every day.
