Some people say that universities should reduce their fees, especially for the less fortunate students or those coming from rural areas. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement?. Recently there has been a rapid increase in the fees of universities .Some believe that universities should decrease the payments made by students, particularly rural or disadvantaged ones while others presume that a steady growth should be a part of the official procedure of the educational system . In this writer's view, In this existing fragile economy, that each individual subsists on a very small amount of income, we might give the graduate schools and learners the same right. In terms of motivating educators, a wage increase would be a positive approach. By a slight increase in fees, officials could easily meet teachers's financial needs. Besides, in most countries adequate facilities for educational institutions are not provided by the government. Consequently, half part of this these requirements should be fulfilled by the center itself. As a results, an imperceptible rise in the price could be another practical measure that can be taken. On the other hand, however, there are a great amount number of students who cannot afford to pay for their education, they have a definite right to continue their studies (schooling) like others .In cases like this, while centers still get their subscription fees, effective institutional scholarship aid by authority figures will positively impact the financial satisfaction of deprived college learners. It seems to be fair to say that, although there are groups of learners who tend to look at the negative side of this issue and against any raise/rise in payments, I personally think that by taking countries inflation into consideration and provision of institute's needs, a practical and gradual increase would be quite a pragmatic approach to this concern. |
