I would like to take this opportunity to provide further background information in support of my application for Master's Degree at prestigious Middlesex University London. I have chosen the media management program as I have long been interested in this integrated field and I believe that I have the qualities to forge a successful career in this area. I am honored to apply for the master of Media Management program at the Middlesex University London. As long as I remember I always had love affairs with both Management and Media .This interest may refer to my father's job. He was managing several cinemas in Tehran, after that he worked in a movie and series making company. Ever since I was in school I saw would see my father managing one of the biggest series and movie making companies in the Middle East. what was so interesting to me was his work environment as he was dealing with artistic projects. I have always considered my father as my mentor who he is so disciplined and I have always admired his skills in management. He encouraged me to improve my managerial skills as they are keys to success for any career, so I decided to study Business Administration. I am a very adventurousrist person and always look for new challenges in life .In order to develop my life skills and experience life in a new environment; I decided to study abroad .After doing many researches I found an international university in Cyprus. The reason I chose Eastern Mediterranean University was that it was an international university with a good reputation in its business faculty and Cyprus is close to Iran, so my parents could easily come to visit me as I was just seventeen and they were worried about me. During the program I was feeling I should have found a way to connect management with arts and media. I talked to my course adviser and informed him about my enthusiasm in media and communication. I took some courses from media and communication department such as : media literacy , advertising design and layout and creative advertising . I was feeling so satisfied while taking the courses. Finally I graduated in Business Administration with 3.60 CGPA in 2014. After graduation I came back to my country, I wanted to continue my education but promised myself to wait until I find found the program which I really liked , so I applied for a job as a sales expert in a company which they produced explosion proof products but after a year I found decided I was not making progress in this job although I learnt quite a bit.it boring and not matching with my personality . After that it's been two years that I have been working as a commercial coordinator in a trading company importing that imports chemical products from different suppliers all around the world .Besides, I dance in one of the biggest dance groups with the most famous chorographers in Iran ,I perform in dance concerts and theatre. Even though I am satisfied with my job, I think I should follow my favorite subject of study which is Media and expand my knowledge in this field. As a result, I looked for some master's degree programs/postgraduate in Europe but none of them inspired me in my desired field as they were so general. I searched for management courses in UK which where I could find the combination of management and media and I found this amazing program you offer. I have been to London and it seems like a very nice place to study and explore new things. In my opinion the media managementprogram gives the opportunity to students to develop analytical skills as well as learning research methods and necessary skills for both management and media studies. In addition, students have this opportunity to present what they have acquired . a Variety of optional courses are also offered in the program by which I can decide which topic to study more about. I am sure that my passion, curiosity and business background will enable me to succeed in this e greatly sought-after claiming program. Eventually, I deeply believe that the excellence of your program, along with my capabilities and motivation, will help me to attain my destination which is either puruing to a PhD program or alternatively find a decent job.
