We always hear this statement " the elderly are more seasoned than the young" I have a leg up on in this situation" from our grandmothers, the question raised here is " does it really make any sensemean?". Maybe in old times, it had some significance,meant a bit, because most tasks you did 've done needed previous experience. I don't want/intend to deny the importance of experience, but In from my point of view, when you get older, and gain experience in each state of your life, you become cautious, because you can anticipate lot of problems, and this way of thinking balks you from doing to do whatever you want. On the other hand, young people have more encourage to think out of the box. Lack of experience in some situations gives the confidence to them for risking. And as all of us know, creativity nowadays talks. For example, we hear in news, the new minister who is chosen by president is too young for his position. Although everybody knows these types of jobs need a lot of practice, but why are they chosen? As long as the minister is old with bunch ofsome experience, he keeps the existing condition stable. Because he can't manage to take new risks, but a young minister has this courage to shake everything to get a better result. Also, it happens a lot/frequently in big companies. An old boss always works on in the same a firm, buying. Buy everything from the same suppliers and selling their products to the same companiesy. And upon the entrance of a young boss, all the algorithms change. In point of fact, our world is going to have more technological advances and moving at your own pace, without paying attention to these changes, is impossible. Having better skills to learn how they should they live in this modern world, youths can teach their older counterparts older one to use it for their daily tasks such as buying something, paying bills, and other transactions.so on. In conclusion, youths have a lot to teach, and a lot to learn.
