Should wealthy nations be required to share their wealth with poorer nations by providing them with things such as food and education? Or is this the responsibility of the governments of poorer nations to look after their citizens? Nowadays it is often claimed that affluent nations should be accountable for providing necessities like food and education for poorer nation. Contrary to this popular belief, there are still those who argue that it is the responsibility of governments to help their citizens and support them in their primary needs. On the one hand, it is very imperative that the governments put every effort into helping their citizens. Governments are responsible for the well-being of their citizens and fulfilling their necessities because of whom they have risen to power/got power. In countries which where governments are selected by people's vote, satisfying people becomes a major duty of parties in power. Only when parties can support their residence residents with facilities like food and education, will they be selected in the next election. On the other hand, helping countries that suffer from poverty/poverty-stricken is a moral duty and can benefit both rich and poor countries by making the world a better place for living. If rich nations give a suitable aid to poorer countries, these undeveloped countries will stand a chance of getting back of on their feet and start changing for the better. In some cases, however, when richer countries give money in order to support poor countries, they abuse of this condition and want to control them which may bring about have brought catastrophic effects on these undeveloped countries. In conclusion, it is clear that both sidespoints of view have some logical points after the debate is explored. In my opinion, although governments of poverty-stricken communities are responsible to help their citizens, the tremendous advantage of being helped by rich countries plays a decisive role and it is auspicious for different countries.
