The age of retirement is a controversial topic in every society. One group believe we can gain more experience from adults so we need them. Another the other one believes holds we live in a steadily changing world and moving forward needs new blood and dare to venture new areastheir businesses. It is a fact with the speed rate of technology old methods become expired and if you want to move in coordinatione with these changes, you should be up to date. In my opinion, learning new skills and putting asideaway what you had been doing for 20 years is a big deal, hence accepting these kinds of alterations in adulthood is much too difficult. Furthermore, keeping adapted with to this speed makes a lot of effort and increase in the level of stress. This much pressure not only lessens their efficiency but also affects their health. In addition, youths, who are newly graduate, are more incentivemotivated. Starting their journey and providinge for their future family, these fresh outs have higher rates of life expectancy, so they are motivateding to take risks and dreaming big. In conclusion, although this mandatory obligation results in depression for retired persons, I believe we should give this chance to young people to change our world for better.
