In some countries, younger people are increasingly losing interest in teaching. Why is this happening? What can be done to improve the situation? Give reasons for your answer and include examples from your own experience? In some parts of the world, when young people make get ready to for their future career, they never consider the possibility of teaching and working in the educational realm. Some widespread issues have deterred them from this field and thereby therefore these countries suffering suffer from lack of workforce in this area. Primarily, in most countries in the world, teachers' wages are not equitable with others. The young have to study for more than four years in a university or institute to get a teacher teaching degree and after that, they should continue to develop their knowledge constantly. Although there is not any differencet between, for example, an engineers and a tutor in acquiring skills, teachers virtually have to convince themselves to work in a discriminating situation. As one way to tackle this issue, governments and societies should give a special status to pupils' trainers, as critical people who steer the next generation and who are deserve a normal wage in compared with other careers. Second, when we talk about difficulty of a job, teaching should be put on the top 10 most difficult professions. Understanding children and their world, and simultaneously motivating them to learn some boring subjects in comparinge with the joy of playing would be one of the most challengingly great responsibilitiesy frightening young generations to choose this job as lifetime careers. However, it seems that with a proper education process at related institutes and giving practical advicestips, may interest people in teaching. When young teachers are armed with new scientific methods for dealing with children and have big support from experts, everyone may be tempted to try this job. In conclusion, while there are many barriers in front of future workforce to be absorbed in educational systems, it would be solvable if governments and public opinion give gave more attention to this critical career for the community and support its employees in all aspects of life until so that they could concentrate on their critically tough tasks.
