In many countries children are engaged in some kind of paid work. Some people regard this as completely wrong, while others consider it as valuable work experience, important for learning and taking responsibility. What are your opinions on this. The issue of whether having a job for the underaged generation is beneficial or not is once again under the spotlight. Some researchers assume that these children will be much more successful and some others assert vice versa. I, personally, believe through considering the ability and desire of workers, it could be an effective way to build a better future. That doing a part time job during childhood is an effective way to develop the sense of responsibility is an indisputable fact. In this way, they can tackle some unbearable situations easily. In addition, they will grow large much more confident in their life. Further and even more importantly, the duty of protecting children against numerous feasible harmful effects/elements is directly incumbent upon parents. They need to focus on different facets of their charges’ character and predict the best job for them. What is more, only when people have these experiences, could they recognize their talents. It means that by having a job they can be aware of their preferences or hates. The government had better formulate some programs/plans regarding this issue. For instance, they can introduce some rules and pose limitations against exploitation of individuals who are in the brain development stage. The case in point is considering age and power/ability of children before recruiting. Another way is providing young workers with workshops and training courses. Although some employees maintain that children’s duties are simple, attending these places/programs helps them to be prepared for doing the work. By way of conclusion, I once again reaffirm my position as to engaging offspring in a paid work career and I think it makes them mature and helps them to shoulder their responsibilities more eagerly as adults.
