They say that the only way to increase recycling is for governments to make it a legal requirement. To what extent do you think laws are needed to make people recycle more of their waste? With escalation the rise inof population on the earth, recycling rubbish is considered a mandatory need of today’s life. Hence, many believe that legislation on in this area is a must to prohibit people from leaving their litter unseparated. Others, however, argue that forcing individuals cannot help and some cultural measures should take the place of the direct laws place. Many citizens say that our environment is in danger since there is not a proper determination of for separating waste at home. As a solution, they think that although some people do it in their apartments, governments should lay down some rules to make all of people to do so. Legislation which prevents them from neglecting to underestimate this potentially threatening matter to natural habitat. Therefore, by implementing some laws, recycling will begins from homes. On the other hand, forcing people to separate household waste by imposing some regulations has many opponents. Groups who oppose this actionthese people believe that not only can this authorities-made measure not solve the recycling issue, but also it may cause some resentments. They are convinced that when governments are act like bulliesbullied like that people tend to resent it and even react oppositelythe opposite, thereby threatening nature. Thus, it seems not to be a rationally reasonable action. They think that governments should implement both some cultural procedures as well as indirect laws in lieu of compelling people. For example, authorities can shape society’s culture by using power of media and advertisements, and also laying down a guideline for schools where students can be made aware of our future that can be threatened by litter. In their opinion, schools have crucial role to play in leading to a city being more tidy, whereas a child is not taught at home about it. Consequently, whilst regulation on areas where cause there is an increase in household waste recycling is a seemingly sensible measure, it should be indirectly to avert some possible bitterness.
