During the last decades, the huge growth in population from on one hand and migration to big cities from on the other side has have led to many problems in accommodation. Therefore, the need to build houses as rapidly as possible besides the low allocated budget, has caused the investors to provide preconstructed houses. However, this kind of lodging is not my favorite despite its several benefits. The great demand of house particularly, for the couples who have recently married has directed the decision makers to come round the idea of such kind of houses. The most significant reasons for this, are some priviledgesprivileges with the quick built houses such as their lower initial cost and construction time which has attracted many investors. In this case, the quantity of houses rather than their quality becomes important and if damaged they would not require renovation and could be replaced easily with a new one. Having an urge in construction results in a low quality of flats and houses according to engineering approaches, structures with montaged??? elements have lower resistance to the wind and earthquake forces. On the other hand, from the architectural aspect, these kinds of accommodation could not satisfy the expectation of not only luxury posh people but also ordinary people because of their simple and typical design. In conclusion, the more higher is the demand for new houses, the higher will be the investors’ intention of quickly built houses. Although these houses may sound cheap at first glance, I believe they could not satisfy most people regarding their poor structure and design.
