It should be mentioned that this is definitely in on the contrary with the industrial duration in previous century. For instance in 1930 the automotive industry needed more larger numbers of workers just to manufacture more higher amounts of products rather thancompared to engineers to innovate new products, .while in the current century this industry is looking for more innovations hence their need for more well-educated individuals rather than operators. However, as a drawback, many of the graduates’ expectations have been changed compared with those who could not enter to the universities. Changing in their attitude leads them to perceive as they have a distinguished position in society and consequently lets them anticipate more respect from people, causing a disgusting feeling of disgust in people against them, hence the social communication problems of such a graduate.
