Some people think men and women have different abilities that make them suitable for different type of work. Others, however, believe that both men and women can be equally suited to do any type of work. Discuss both views and give your own opinion. Distinguishing between sexes is one of the controversial issues throughout the world and there are different ideas for and against it. However, advocates of different capability capabilities outweigh the other view. Firstly, each genders are is created differently in terms of physical shape , behavior , interaction , emotional attitude and many other features. For example some hard work such as mining , site civil engineering cannot be done by females in terms of their physical physiqueterms. Secondly there are some careers which is are suitable just for women because of its their emotional aspects such as nursing and teaching. Unfortunately we lose plenty of awesome efficient human resources inasmuch they have to stay at home to raise their children and do housekeeping. On the other hand , there are a lot of community communities such as feminism which support women in all aspects and they believed that both genders have the same abilities and performances and does are not relevant to their sexes. For instance a men man can be very professional in nursing and a women can be very good at civil engineering and it depends on their personal talent. We have to be very aware about this matter in order to preventing them from abuse abusing them. In conclusion, I believed that most of jobs are suitable for everyone without any sexism and combination of genders can make produce better results for communities.
