Many employees may work at home with the modern technology. Some people claim that it can benefit only the workers, and does not benefit employers at all. N owadays, increasingly, technology is developing all over the world. The technology helps to accelerate the affairs. The technology can have several features which can be used in working environments. Some masters permit their employers do their job either in their workplace or in their home. It depends on your chance as to which kind one of them encounters with you. Some people opine they prefer to do their jobs in their houses and send the results for their superiors by technology like social networking. This strategy not only does reduce the traffic congestion but also improves the job efficiency. Besides, by developing technology, some employees believe that they do not have to altercate with the clients and they can receive any request by email. This can solve both bribery and excessive bureaucracy. On the other hand, some employers are not satisfied with their clerks’ job. They believe when their staff are far away from workplace, distraction can be basic problem. In other word, they do not pay attention to their duties. Although this statue is proper for workers, it is often not beneficial for employers. They argue that the more they exist in the workplace the better and faster they work. Maybe, they are true and some employees want to cheat them. In conclusion, remote working is a proper way provided that employers can monitor their crews lest they do mistake. However, I personally believe that remote working is not suitable for all overthe world. Conditions in countries specify whether working in house is lucrative or not.
