At the present time the population of some countries includes a relatively large number of young adults, compared with the number of older people. Do the advantages of this situation outweight the disadvantage? As a matter of fact, the contribution of the young population to the development and advancement of the country is irrefutable. surely, the proportion of oledr older generation should not be denied, they plaied played their role in their young age and now they have lots of valuable experiences which should be used by the young people. So I think, for faster development, a country needs more active and educated young population who consider the ways the ancients predecessors have has gone but they pass their own ways. In my opinion, the first point is for the sake of having more energy, creativity and being more familiar with the new technologies, the most effective workforce in every country are the young. Additionally, they have fresh ideas and are free from old superstitions and traditional beliefs, so the young generation, in all the societies, are always pioneers in changing the rules and make adventuresome decisions. Moreover, in comparison with the pervious generations they have natural properties qualities which help them being more useful in the country such as learning faster, adapting to every condition easiermore easily, and changing their mind without less prejudice. To put it in a nutshell, Thought the old generation have valuable knowledge and a deeper look into issues, they should not be considered a burden for the country. Regrading all the advantages mentioned above, the young generation is more dynamic and energetic so they can contribute to the production and job sectors of the country more effectively and this has a huge positive impact on the economic development of the society. Finally,I strongly agree with the this term statement that the advantages of having more young adult generation compared with the number of old people outweith outweigh the disadvantages.
