Subject: It is becoming more and more difficult to escape the influence of the media on our lives. Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of living in a media rich society. Media become an unavoidable means of communication in societies, it have been developed during the years to provide people’s desires. It was spread all over the world and become one of the vital aspects of human’s life. By improvements of technology people can easily be in touch with media. Social medias can help people to communicate easier with each other, by using internet people around the world can easily connect together and share their thoughts, but it can change the interaction between people, for example people prefer to check each other in Facebook instead of talking and visiting. These virtual relationships can ruin human feelings such as sympathy. One of the most important responsibility of media is to broadcast the news., it will just take a while to inform almost everyone around the world and it is reachable for all. In past only the journalists were able to decide what information could spread and because of political limits some secrets have been concealed, but nowadays everyone can reveal the truths and influence the others opinion. Today, people can reach a vast amount of knowledge only by searching it in the internet. Researchers do not have to spend lots of time in the libraries reading numerous resources to learn about an issue. The easily reachable data on media has some disadvantages because media consist of lots of shallow information which can make people absurd. In my opinion media use widely in societies and it can control people’s attitude by changing their way of communication, informing them about the happenings around the world and giving them all kinds of information. It is essential for audiences to limit media’s influence in their life by more studying and gathering data about the issues.
