Some people say that online study is the most effective and convenient way to learn. Others believe that online study will never be as effective as learning at school, in person. Discuss both views and give your own opinion. By emerging with the advent of the Internet, online education has been added to the other methods of learning and due to its flexible features; , nowadays some people see it as an alternative for classic learning systems. However, it seems that traditional education methods still have their own positive effects. Advocates of online study reason that according to some statistics, e-learning decreases the cost of education by eradicating some costs like transportation and it helps a large part of people to be able to engage in their favourite classes. Moreover, online education saves students’ time and gives them flexibility to choose a comfortable timetable for learning. Some people like employees are busy during a day and cannot follow strict classic plans of classic education system while it would be easy for them to participate in online courses whenever they want. The last reason that some fans of online education explain is more concentration in this way. Recent research has shown that participants in online classes usually will be able to focus more on class contents and this technology give them this choice to learn by their own pace. On the other hand, some believe that classic study and traditional education systems have some features that we cannot ignore. Firstly, they argue that involvement in physical classes is necessary for development social skills especially for young pupils. The interactions in these classes help an individual to know himself and others and shape his characters. In addition, many courses and subjects in learning processes need tangible activities. For instance, whatever we watch a chemical test on YouTube, we still need to do it by ourselves on a laboratory. In conclusion, it seems that in this controversial issue both sides have a convincing reasons that which makes it hard to put one of this means aside. However, I personally believe that a blended education system can be a wiser option.
