Tpo 25 – second part of writing – 355 words. Young people nowadays do not give enough time to helping their communities. Agree or disagree? When I was younger, I would definitely have said that the problem our nowadays we are problem to faced with, is lack of people who care about their communities. However, no longer do I think that way. First of all, giving enough time to help communities by people depends on so many factors and can vary from a city to another. Actually, literacy or people’s awareness is a deciding factor, so the greater the people’s consciousness, the greater the communities aids which is why developed countries are investing so much time and money on teaching children in primary school. Another factor that plays a key role in helping community is people’s welfare. We need a healthy mind in order to live a happy life. Then, we can care about our society. For instance, people who live in least develop countries struggle with so many problems and they are under a lot of pressure and these situations have a direct impact on their behavior and the time that they dedicate to their community. Secondly, by developing the internet people’s communications have risen and people can easily access information of their society and its needs in order for their community to flourish and let its the citizens to grow and achieve their goals. For example, a huge problem of most cities is the trash pollutes. By producing trash we shorten our community’s long-term health. That is why, we should get information about recycling. Or even we can save energy and water by turning our lights off when we are not using them. The last but not least, I reckon that helping people and our community is in our blood and there is always people who try their best to help human beings and make this world a better place to live on. Having said that, there are exceptions to every rule but, it is not reason enough to close our eyes on people who give time to help our communities. In conclusion, this hypothesis has it is own opponents who claims that technology nowadays made people more selfish and busy than before and they do not pay enough attention to their surroundings.
