Is it important to be able to work with a group of people on a team or to work independently? When it comes to working in groups, I should say that I prefer to work with group of people on a team , because it makes more fun and I enjoy my time with them .In addition, expert working together to achieve specified goals. For the first and most important reason are sharing information and exchange the knowledge. Moreover, working on a group of people on a team can be helpful in solve solving a problem and approach tasks on limited time. Usually there are unpredictability unpredictabile issues suddenly happening so members of a group can work in partnershipto solve it and approach their goal. Moreover, I can meet new people and enjoy my time with them. In addition, I like to cooperate and compete with others to make success work. However, if you work alone you will fell feel boring bored and intolerable intolerant to continue, because work time can be more than 10 hours on a day.Similary, you enjoy your time with others and makes time go faster. No one likes to be alone. I am also concerned about being part of a team which will develop my interpersonal skills such as speaking and listening as well as working on group skills. All in all, I prefer to work on a team, because I will make friends and it makes me happy. I can hang out with them. I think as a part of a team, I can approach our my goals in interesting ways.
