In order to help small businesses thrive, government should play a minimal role in private business matters. In today fast-pace world, business and economic growth can be a prominent issue for governments. Helping local businesses to grow will be a win-win approach if governments strive to overstate the potential benefits for both sides. Helping small businesses to thrive not only aid governments in tax, unemployment and local economic growth, but also provides more opportunities to business owners such as low-interest loans, tenders, free lands and worker training programs. It is not recondite that thrive the thriving of a local business in a small town will provide more employment opportunities for people. As an example, an investor start up a business with only two employees while as the business burgeon more there will be more need for recruiting more employees in every area. Also, the flourishing of more small businesses in the area will bring about more tax payment, which is a benefit for government for their revenue. As an overall, development of small businesses in any area helps the economic growsgrowth. More employments results in more cash in the citizens hands and it directly affects demand and supply circle. Given a small example will elucidate it more. More employment, means more salary and money to be spent in the area. So, the money needs to beis spent in other businesses in the area such as amusement parks, coffee shops, and groceries. Additionally, all these business themselves are considered small business/enterprises and have domino effect on the economic growth and demand and supply circle. On the other hand, compensating these merits that small businesses have, governments can help them to grow by providing them low-interest loans to expand their business. In addition, in some applicable cases, make making free lands available for expansion and construction of a small workshop for more production is a great encouragement. Also, for some socially researching institutions, governments can hold training programs for the employees or even give grants for the researchers. To make small businesses to be more beneficial lucrative/profitable and successful, governments should provide reasonable facilities to help them thrive and in return benefit from lateral advantages that local businesses can economically can bring about.
