Some people think that schools should involve students in school management. Do you agree or disagree with this idea? Give reasons for your answers. As societies evolve, more educational methods are developed to improve education and characteristics of the younger generation. One particular method that has gained popularity over the past years is to involve pupils in management tasks in schools. In my opinion, this method has a significant number of advantages for both children and societies and I will try to address them in the next paragraphs. The most important benefit of children getting involving involved in school management is probably the role it can play in developing the character of children. Students who participate in adult duties, as long as it does not become overwhelming, will learn about taking responsibilities and cooperating with their peers. Development of these characteristics at a young age will not only help pave the route to success in adulthood but also benefit the society they live in. The benefits of this idea will not be just in long terms. On a shorter scale of time, the school officials will benefit from the consequences too. Children taking part in management or even other school tasks will relieve the school officials and teachers from the immense burden that is put on them and reduce their stress level. This, will in turn, have a reciprocating effect on children too as it will improve teachers’ efficiency and enhance the educational environment. Considering all the remarks mentioned. It is important to note that in associating bringing the pupils in with management tasks, school officials should be cautious. Putting too much burden on children at a very young age may become an overwhelming experience and will make them bored and reduce their motivation in participating in any future educative or social activities. To sum up, I believe involving children in school management will be beneficial in on both individual and social levels. This is because it helps develop characteristics such as responsibilities responsibility and cooperative skills and improve the educational environment in schools.Kamyar Moaveni
