Some people believe that all children should have a pet or an animal to look after. Other people disagree, however, saying that this depends on a child’s circumstances. Consider these opposing views, and give your opinion. Caring for domestic animals brings various benefits for children’s development, while it is cannotnot applying be applied for all children it is depending depends on the situation of a child. On the one hand, supporters of the pet’s ownership cite that caring for pets have has numerous benefits ranges ranging from mental and physical development. First of all, besides all the fun and happiness that pets bring into the house, they also bring along many educational benefits for both children and adults. owning a pet allows kids to understand how to love and be responsible. Children also learn basic lessons on building strong characteristics like loyalty. Having pets at home helps remain fit and healthy, child compelled to be on their toes at all times. Pets make them more agile in the house, they expect to play with them. All this not only keeps kids in some kind of daily routine but also helps them keeping healthy and fit. By contrast, opponents of this view point out that not all children live in a situation where pet keeping is advisable, or even possible. Pets ownership is not low –cost and maintaining a pet may be prohibitively expensive for less affluent families. In addition, many children live in unstable family environments, for these family’s pets would probably suffer neglect that whichit would be unfair to keep them. Overall, it appears that it is not a true justified statement that ‘all children should have animals’. The decision to keep a pet should be based on a child’s interests and family circumastances.
