In recent years, communication between individuals are has changed by technology. In my opinion that change has a negative effects on the relation between people. Electronic gadgets such as the phone and T.V have changed people’s lifestyle profoundly. Individuals who used to send letter by post or message by telegraph nowadays send an e-mail and text by their laptop or smartphone. Moreover, family who used to gathering in grandparents’ home every week and spook speak with family members, nowadays are engaged with T.V and radio’s program. They prefer to watch movies and listen to music and listen to news which are reporting what happened in around the world, but they do not assign time not onlyneither to their children and parents, norbut also to their friends and neighbors. Although smartphones and social networks ease communication and people can connect with each other readily, family families pay more attention to digital devices and do not assign enough time to communicate communicating with other members of family. Parents and children are fascinated by T.V, Radio, smart boxes as well as video games which take too much of their time. That is why people don’t pay attention to their spouse, children, father and mother as well as friends. Furthermore, even though people are connected by means of social networks in the virtual world, this virtual connection cannot work as same as real relations. They share the smallest detail of their life such as where they have gone in weekend or what they have bought in shopping, but they do not pay attention and connect in the real world. For instance, children prefer to chat with their friends instead of in comparison to speaking with their parents and vice versa. In conclusions, I believe although technology has eased communication between people, it has had profoundly negative effects on family and friends’ connection. Nowadays the way many people interact with each other has changed because of technology. In what ways has technology affected the type of relationships people make? Has this become a positive or negative development?
