There are different opinions about advertising and its effect, some people, including me, believe advertisements have positive effects on stimulate stimulating demands for products. The Other group thinks, advertising hashave become an ordinary things in people’s lives, such that it has lostwhich lose their its impacts. On the one hand, commercial advertisements lose have lost their effects because theyit dominated not only our cities, media and sports complexes, but also cyberspace and social network and this widespread advertising changes them to ordinary items which does not have ample effects on men and women. People are bombarded by advertisements which in turn causes people to do not to care about it. Individuals prefer to watch those T.V channels which do not broadcast advertisements or do not open advertising emails. However, advertising have has both direct and indirect effects and although some people do not pay attention to advertisements, they are affected by indirect impacts. For example, people who watch a football game, see wide ranges of brands and pictures which are on shirts of players and advertise new products or services. On the other hand, new products which are advertised, have are sold rapidly and arewere popular among consumers in market and companies allocated a significant budget in order to advertise their products. That is why advertising have has tremendous effects in motivating people to buy new products. For example, after Huawei had decided to increase their share markets in my country, they started to advert advertise in T.V programs and cities and it had positive effects on increasing their products. Moreover, a glance at advertising company companies reveals that they have huge financial turnover which shows this industry is successful in their mission. In conclusion, I believe that although advertising is a widespread method in daily life, it has enormous effects on motivating people to buy those products which are advertised widely/extremely. For solving this, government decides to give all adults over the age of 25 a training course to learn new skills. Do you think it is an effective way for government to spend its money? Nowadays, because of the complexities of the industrial world, it is necessary for people to possess cutting-edge abilities which guarantee their success in career. However, it is a contentious issue whether the government should allocate a specific budget to educate educating people. Although some are inclined toward this idea, others, including me, are disagree withopponent of this perspective for some reasons.Firstly, training courses are not the only way for people to improve their abilities in special areas. To explain more, different disciplines at university have distinct curriculums. For some branches of knowledge, such as medicine, practical courses are vital and most of the universities have at least four years internship which is required to pass if students aim to work in this field. On the other hand, some programs, such as history, are more theoretical rather than practical, and do not need any specific training courses. Furthermore, with the advancement of technology, the internet is one of the significant platforms providing special tutoring courses. As a personal example, when I needed to learn a some special statistical software to analyze my data two years ago, I could was able to find innumerable online tutoring sessions on YouTube which helped me to grasp valuable information in this field. Secondly, when companies decide to hire a person to expand their personnel and increase their income, the onus is on the directors or their team to provide their staffs with some special courses. To clarify, there is a professional hierarchy in organizations, so that each branch comprises of some workers and a chief person. All new employees should go through a probation, and experienced staffs have a duty to educate them for the job. For instance, when I was hired to by a company last year, the team provided some extra classes which were held after our working hours. After two months, I learned two programming software applications which was were necessary for my job. Meanwhile, the company carries out various course to improving improve our knowledge and maintaining our information up-to-date. In sum, I see some demerits in allocating some budgets to provide providing training courses for adults, because some university majors have special courses, especially in the last two semesters, to prepare students for their professional life. In addition, companies should have some specific training classes for their staffs if they want to work with specialized people. Being legal or illegal is the area of contention for dangerous sports. Some believe that individuals should not be allowed to put their lives in danger, while others think people should make their own choice. In this essay first I will discuss both views and finally I will share my view. To begin with, unfortunately nowadays we witness dangerous sports are becoming more and more popular around the world especially among the youth. In consequence, injuries and even cases of death by these sports are now increasing. All of thesethe dark sides of these activities make us wonder that whether people should people be allowed to sacrifice their life just for enjoyment. For instance, some of these athletes in some sports such as parkour violate regulations and put their and others’ lives in danger. Therefore, some believe these kinds of sports should be announced illegal by governments. On the other hand, some claim such limitations will not stop this trend. They expand more, such regulations now exist in many countries and those sports are even more common in these areas. Apart from that, these kinds of laws are in the direct contrast of to freedom. However, there are some laws which can reduce the risk of injuries in such sports. For example, such sports should be just allowed in specified places to be done with the necessary precautions.From my point of view, these kinds of sports should be illegal, but if this is no option, them there should be some regulations to provide the safety equipment for them to reduce the risk of injuries as far as it can be done. In conclusion, although some of these sports are too dangerous and put people’s lives in danger, they should not be limited by governments and they should pass specific laws to reduce the risk of injuries. Working for the same company or different ones involves a variety of factors, such as the job title, the organization situation and atmosphere, salary level, and also employees' characteristics. Advantages and disadvantages of each category entirely depend on the reasons on which individuals make decisions. Despite the circumstances that make someone change or stay their workplace, an optimistic viewpoint is preferred in the following discussion. Individuals who have decided to work in a the same workplace for whole their working life may deal with fewer obstacles. In other words, after several years of working in one place, they are able to have a deep understanding of the company's mechanisms and the best way to cooperate with their colleagues. As a result, all the staff feels more comfortable to work and get along with each other. Moreover, as employees' experience increases, they are gradually promoted and their income level increases. Besides, the one who has worked for several years in a company probably faces less risk of being fired especially in poor economic conditions. On the other hand, there are people who think that experiencing new organizations and working with different teams lead to improving their skills and personality. Changing the workplace sometimes causes lots of difficulties, for example, getting along with the new co-workers and adapting with to the new position, . however, these kinds of people believe that no pain no gain. Changing the environment is inevitable in some types of careers, though. She is new. However, she is accurate. She is new. she is, however, accurate. To sum up, from my point of view, working in neither the same place nor different place is important/whether you work in the same place or another is of little significance. I prefer to be in a workplace which where I have happiness. Therefore, if I find an organization which I had have a passion for being there and I am enthusiastic for my job, I will never change it by my own decision/of my own accord. Besides, charging fees can have an effect on revenue which may invest in improving the quality of museums, cleanness is a tangible example. In the other words, when these entertainment and educational centers can generate their own income, they are more flexible to upgrade themselves in different aspects, like expanding the museum's museums’ buildings. In conclusion, although selling a museum ticket may cause a number of disadvantages, particularly in terms of society, I strongly believe that charging people deeply affects the way of management effectively. This kind of education was so popular back then as many families were not adapted to schools and also they did not trust the schools’ environment. So they preferred to hire a private teacher in order to educate their loved ones. But this practice was only affordable for wealthy families and poor ones could not make enjoy this kind of opportunities. Although there are plenty of schools in each area nowadays, still we have some parents who decide to educate their children at home since they believe it is more beneficial for their off-springs. In fact, there are advantages in this attitude, children experience less stress at home because they are more comfortable and safer so they can concentrate much better on their studying process. In addition, all attention is paying paid to one pupil so it makes the education process more enjoyable and effective. Also, teachers can have their own methods apart from school guide lines which may suit their pupils much better. On the other hands, we can find some downsides/drawbacks in this practice which are considerable. Schools play an important part in the socializing of children. Although there are some chances to meet bad company, being in the school environment will lead them to gain many skills for their future life. In other words, their personality is influenced by how they are socializing in at this age. So homeschoolingcan make children having have issues in their connection with society.
