Universities should accept equal members of male and female students in every subject. The modern education has provided the sexual equality in the number of students at universities. It is agreed that in most of the subjects the equality in the number of men and women must be regulated. This essay will discuss the fact that some majors are more tended by either a group of males or females and secondly discuss that the balance between the number of males and females is crucial for the society. Some occupations are always associated with one gender. For instance, in my country nursing as a rewarding job is acknowledged to be more suitable for women, because it requires a high degree of kindness and patience. In addition, some occupations like truck driving are is more associated with men that are physically more powerful and fewer incidences may threaten them on the road. However, a great number of psychological researches have revealed that the mentioned belief is not true and men can be good nurses as well as women can be as truck drivers. The democratic education is an integral factor in this topic. The emergence of democracy as a clever device resulted in the controversy of equality between men and women in all aspects of life. The significance of this equality doubles when it comes to universities as places that affect or even define the students' thoughts. The equality in the number of males and females in all subjects is a subtle hint which transmits the idea of democracy and justice to students. In conclusion, the presence of men and women equally even in controversial jobs which were already cited, is conducive conducted to a balance between men and women in those subjects that is derived from the complementary role of men and women in both physical and emotional aspects. This approach will generalize the concept of justice and equality between men and women to the whole society.(society as a whole)
