A large number of parents help teenagers to pick out an appropriate job. They know that Choosing a job correctly leads led to a golden future. A question which is the matter of concern is whether parents must incentive their children to select parent's job or they should help their offspring to select a different job? I am, to a great extent of the opinion that parents must help teenagers to choose their interesting favorite jobs. To begin with, you can do your interesting work for hours without tiredness. Broadly speaking, when you like an activity such as engineering, teaching and other occupations, it is better to appropriate your time for doing that work. To be more specific in hard situations, many people tire and cannot do their work well/efficiently/fine, but interested persons can act excellently. A Greek proverb goes "choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life". Of equal importance is the fact that every person must find his talent. Those help us to do our duties efficiently /excellently. Simply stated, God creates every one with different abilities, for a golden future we must find our flairs. To be more specific, some people were created for management and leadership, others can solve hard mathematic questions easily; their talents are the best conductor for selection of a future job. However, what I stated cannot be over generalized to all contexts, for instance, so some singers and actors have successful children who chose their parents' jobs. Their experiences and helps, cause a child to succeed very soon. To put it in a nutshell, parents must help children to select their future job corresponding with their interest and gifts. To recapitulate the reasons if they select their jobs with these factors, not only will they not tire in hard situations and, but also they could succeed very soon
