Successful sports professionals can earn a great deal more money than people in other important professions. Some people think this is fully justified while others think it is unfair The issue of whether the salary of sports professionals in comparison with other important career income is justified or not is certainly a contentious one. While there are valid arguments to the contrary, it is my personal belief that there is no compelling reason for such a huge salary given to famous athletes. On the one hand, these days, people are extremely enthusiastic about sports competitions and media pay more attention to this programs to attract more audiences. Sports professionals making a lot of efforts during their job lifespan are primary keys of this interesting programs. Therefore, it is vital to appreciate them on keeping their determination and motivation. Huge salary is such a dedication for esteeming their value. Equally importantly, though, not only are international athletes representatives of a country but they also raise people’s sense of nation pride. If they were not satisfy by their wages, they would get away from this tedious way and we would face by lack of unique talented members in our teams. On the other hand, in order to maintain economical cohesion it is essential that all professionals in every important and sensitive field has financial incentives to perform their best. Due to huge salaries offered to athletes, the youth may choose their career just based on making money instead of their talent and interests. In my opinion, society will benefit more if people are passionate about what they are doing. Therefore, such imbalances returns to haunt us in unexpected ways. In order to have a homogenous society and aspiring individuals, l firmly believe that governments and other responsible departments should eliminate the inequality and when determine payments they must place a premium on severity, risky and stress of a job position. In conclusion, I once again restate my view that by giving the green light to pay huge salaries to sports professionals, we create disappointment and discrimination between our specialized communities.
